I filed a complaint about the earrings via email, where after 3 days if I hadn't called them myself they probably wouldn't have responded, but they wrote back to try to fix the earrings myself. Now I sent a return package and they wrote back to me after 3 days where I sent them a few emails about my return, they wrote back that they have a lot of returns and I have to wait, apparently the goods they sell are not of the best quality. And the amount is 500dkk, I think that if such a good company can't return such small money it's not good at all. I don't recommend it to anyone
