I have ordered a bunch of samples from memona and tryasample, which seem to be the same company. The samples come in little tinted glass bottles with a cap and enclosed in a little plastic bag, so the fragrance is nicely contained and doesn't spill out into the room. Also, to remind yourself of a fragrance you can sniff the inside of the cap, you don't need to waste a spray. To me, this justifies the higher price point compared to some competitors.

Some reviewers say that the fragrances are dupes, but I'm very doubtful of that. Especially with niche fragrances, you always have batch variations between different production runs. The few bottles I bought (from other retailers) are identical to the samples, so I have no reason to doubt that the samples are original.

I've bought perfume samples from several vendors, but Tryasample has quickly become my favorite. They're not the cheapest out there, but they have use glass bottles with a cap, each in its own plastic bag. This is great because the inside of the cap takes on the scent of the perfume, so to remind yourself of a fragrance you can take a sniff of the cap rather than waste a spray. This works even when the sample is used up.
