Always a great service at the Twyford branch by very professional, capable and pleasant members of staff. Recently I had the same issue with the same pair of glasses. The problem was dealt with promptly and a new frame was ordered free of charge. Excellent service, highly recommended!

I ordered the red light hat October 2025. On opening it I checked its instruction leaflet which clearly shows a power bank being used with the hat. There is no power bank included in the package. This means the hat can only be used when plugged into a mains power source and cannot be used when on the move, when active, or doing other activities. I queried this with the company and they stated that the picture of a power bank is for illustration purposes only. I pointed out the instructions are misleading and the use of it is false advertising. After many emails and much rudeness on their part I achieved no customer satisfaction. On asking for a refund they made it clear that they would justify many deductions from the purchase price, making seeking a refund not a financially viable option. I can’t vouch for the hat’s effectiveness as I won’t use it if I always have to sit near to a wall socket, it will go in the bin.
I would say to anyone considering a purchase with Veonskin to think again. There are many ethical companies out there offering similar products. Veonskin is a money grabbing, unethical company and I would advise against any dealings with them!

After a wait at the desk at Belfast City Airport, I collected the keys for the vehicle that I had booked. The advisor showed me on a diagram that there were a lot of marks already on the vehicle; he wasn't joking!

On getting to the vehicle outside the terminal, and on inspection, the vehicle did indeed have many chips and scratches, as well as being minus the driver's side front wheel trim. The vehicle was also in a filthy state; it was obvious it hadn't been cleaned before handover.

I have hired several vehicles previously from CarJet, and while they were not of a luxurious standard, they were acceptable for what I needed them for.

On returning the vehicle to Belfast International Airport, several engine warning lights came on. This vehicle was obviously not roadworthy and should not have been hired out. I would also add that having hired the vehicle the day previously, I had driven it for less than one hundred miles.

I would warn anyone considering hiring from CarJet to remember that cheapest is most definitely not the best. In future, I will hire a vehicle elsewhere; this was the last time for CarJet!

Based on your fob off reply it would seem that the company doesn't actually care about the rubbish experience that I received at the hands of CarJet. No offer to make it right and no attempt to retain me as a customer. CarJet really doesn't give a monkeys about their customers, it's transparently obvious.
I am happy to publish all the photos that I took to evidence their rubbish cars and rubbish customer service.

Getting a puncture is never convenient but Glen and Casey at Just Tyres Woodley made life a lot easier with professional, efficient, friendly service. I have used Just Tyres at Woodley before and they were the obvious choice when I got a puncture again because of their great service last time. Keep up the great work guys, I highly recommend you!

I had an excellent experience at the Hair Dr Beaconsfield. From the initial consultation to the transplant procedure itself the Hair Dr provided excellent service, no hard sell tactics just the provision of all the facts with all questions answered, sympathetically, truthfully and factually. I would also commend and thank the team for their patience with me as I took my time before I was finally ready to proceed with my procedure.

The procedure went really well on the 4th of April 2024 and was carried out by reassuring, highly professional members ot the Hair Dr team. It's too early to comment on the results but I will be happy to update my review when sufficient time has elapsed and the end results of the treatment are apparent. In the meantime I am more than happy to recommend this company for their skills and professionalism. Thank you to Dr Hamza, Zara and all the team involved in delivering this excellent experience.
