Customer service is great with fast and helpful responses i managed to fix the issue i had with the pc and AWD-IT was very helpful with suggestions on how to fix my issue overall great experience would recommend i think i just got unlucky in the beginning.

Very fast shipping easy to purchase and the watch was in pristine condition everything was done perfectly the only criticism I could say is that I wish there was live tracking.

The pc took a bit longer than expected to arrive but I didn’t really mind and it was very well packaged and worked straight away until I started getting a kernel error every time I tried to load up Valorant which is the main game I play so now I have to send the pc back to get it fixed which is very annoying since I use my pc for almost everything.

All of our systems are fully tested in house before they are dispatched, so it is certainly disappointing to see this occur. Unfortunately, kernel level errors can sometimes appear only after extended use or when specific software is run, which can make them difficult to detect during initial testing.
Returning the PC for inspection and repair is the best way for us to properly diagnose and resolve this issue for you. Once the system is back with us, our technicians will be able to identify the cause and ensure it is fully resolved before it is returned to you.
