SW(Talora’s Version)

I made a post about how Star Wars would totally have their own version of Taylor Swift and it wouldn’t leave my brain. So, introducing:

Talora Sloane. Pantoran. PopStar. Same body and face shape as Taylor Swift but with blue skin, lavender hair, amber eyes, and yellow face tattoos(if someone wants to do fanart, feel free!)

Talora Sloane HCs:

  • Talora has been Riyo Chuchi’s best friend since childhood.
  • Talora has two tooka cats named Selene and Oliver.
  • Talora is a big reader and always has a book at the ready. When she’s not performing, of course.
  • Mace Windu is a close family friend and has been one of her biggest supporters since childhood. She calls him Uncle.
  • Massive Clones Rights advocate.
  • Loves meluroons, tea, noodles, and the color pink.
  • When not performing, her outfits consist mostly of plaid mini skirts, boots, and cardigans.
  • Lives in a lovely Coruscant apartment that she shares with Riyo.

During the Clone Wars HCs:

  • At the start of the war, she was kidnapped by separatists and rescued by the bad batch at Mace’s order. They all became quick friends.
  • Talora and Hunter had a brief fling/ short-term relationship but remain close friends.
  • When the Bad Batch is on Coruscant, they stay with Talora and Riyo.
  • The Batch introduces the two girls to Cody. Talora and the batch are proud members of the Codiyo Canoe.
  • Shortly after meeting the batch, her music is sold, and Tech suggests she rerecord it.
  • The Eras Tour happens during the war and only on Republic planets. The profits go to buying her music back and clone rights.
  • Talora meets Fives(post Citadel Arc) while hiding from paparazzi. He helps her, and they spend the day together. They start to date semi-secretly. Mid Eras Tour.
  • Ahsoka and Hardcase are massive Talora Sloane fans and freak when they find out about Talora x Fives.
  • Fives met the batch at Talora’s apartment, and they hit it off.
  • Fives is the only one of the 501st to really know the batch before rescuing Echo.
  • Talora x Fives is made public at the end of the war. Fix-it AU. Palpatine gets eaten by the Zillo Beast or something.
  • The end of the Eras Tour happens on Coruscant.

I'm pretty sure that the timelines don't overlap, but has anyone considered how weird it would be for Jango Fett to meet the Bad Batch since they're the clones who look the most like if Jango had had children with another person?

I have not considered this but now I can’t stop imagining how confused he would be because I doubt nala se or anyone would tell him the batch also look like they would have different moms potentially I feel like he would blue screen and start doing mental math about how old they are for like five minutes before realising that they’re clones and all of them are on Kamino tbb sw tbb star wars the bad batch jango fett star wars the bad batch tbb hunter tbb wrecker tbb crosshair tbb tech

I’ve been laughing at the concept of Echo pulling the “I’m older” card on the batch

Because Hunter can’t really pull it they’re all pretty much exactly the same age and Omega could but it really doesn’t work except mostly to prove a point.

Echo however.

I’m watching one of those holiday baking shows with my mom atm and I just thought about how the bad batch would absolutely get way too invested in one of these shows. I’m cackling thinking about it 😂

I’m imagining that they would all have a running commentary about the different bakers and their stuff. Wrecker and Crosshair would yell at the bakers when they do something “wrong”. Echo and Tech would argue about different techniques that the bakers are using. Hunter would have opinions on the decorations. Omega would want to try all of the recipes. And Phee would be sitting with popcorn watching all of them and taking a holo that Omega will end up sending to Rex.

i can't believe my silly brain never made the connection between Echo "i study reg manuals for fun" Badbatch and how quickly he would be able to memorize Clone Force 99's long list of plan codes.

like i imagine Tech gives him the entire list and just says "here take some time to memorize these please," expecting that Echo will take at least a week, if not more.
then like literally the next day or two, it comes up in conversation somehow that Echo has already memorized the entire list. and no one believes him, Tech especially. so Tech quizzes him. and he gets everything right. so Tech quizzes him more. this draws the attention of the others. they all start drilling Echo on plan #s and he gets every single one correct on the first try. they're gobsmacked. they try to prove he's cheating somehow but can't. Tech just smiles and lets out one of his rare "i am impressed".

I can also see it coming back to bite Tech when Echo returns with a series of questions, concerns, and suggested rewrites:

"I'm going to need you to elaborate on the 'swallow it whole' part of Plan 18."

"You're not serious about Plan 94, are you? Feet first?"

"I've actually implemented a plan very much like 62. Trust me, you're going to want more detonators."
