Lack of transparency.
Just received what appears to be a standard reply to an earlier review.I have been thanked for my "feedback" , I did not feedback,I complained.
If misuse of a month old sunbed is my 7 stone wife lying on it,is grounds for a recharge,what chance do I have ?
They claim transparency,so why could they not give me details of their inspection regime ?
To quote their Customer Service Team,this information is stored on their system and is not for sharing with customers.
Despite several emails they have not been able to tell me what the charge for the sunbed will be,I can only presume I will get this information after I have left Portugal -see numerous other reviews.
