I just received my second order of CC cream and the tube is half the size of the original
I will not buy this product again

After paying $118 AUD, i received different products to what i ordered. Don’t use this company. They are dodgy and expensive.

Like a lot of people, I was influenced by their Instagram ads for the colour changing foundation that were all over my feed. They advertise that you can try it risk free for 60 days and if you're not completely happy, you can return it for a refund.

The product itself if pretty useless. It doesn't change to match your skintone, but just stays white. So unless you're going for the geisha look, it's useless.

I messaged them to ask if I could return it. I was told that since I'm an international customer, they would refund the order within the week and I didn't need to return it. After chasing the refund twice, I finally got it almost four weeks later. However, the product cost £21.60 not including delivery, and they have refunded only £7.32. I messaged them back to find out why, but of course haven't had a response.

Pity I couldn't give them zero our of five. Don't touch them with a bargepole.

Terrible foundation. Leaves face white. They shouldn't be allowed to scam people but they do.

Placed my order on Nov 20th, I was able to track it up to Nov 26th before it disappeared. My first contact I got a response saying it should arrive in 5-7 days and thanking me for my patience. After that - NOTHING. No product, no updates, no more responses. I have reached out multiple times and have received ZERO customer service. It's almost 2 months later and I'm out my money. If you look up the business address, it's a house in Georgia. This is obviously not a real business and shady stuff is going on. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering, but just got caught up in the Instagram advertising and bought it on impulse. I'm so tired of scammers doing these things to real, hard working people. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I ordered this product with high hopes. I received it in a timely manner but when I tried it, it caused my skin irritation (I have sensitive skin which the foundation was supposed to be safe for). Additionally the foundation did not have coverage but rather went on like a heave white wax and pretty much stayed that way. I did reach out to the company twice to try to get a refund (they say you can expect a reply in 24 hours) I never received a reply and could not get a refund. Dissappointed all around do not recommend.

Ho letto molte recensioni negative che parlano di scam, a questo proposito, segnalo che ho trovato un sito fotocopia con un URL molto simile e che vende esattamente gli stessi prodotti, si tratta di koreanskintherapybeauty.com. Utilizza lo stesso logo e anche le fotografie sono identiche, è possibile che molti clienti siano stati ingannati da questa somiglianza o forse sono solo stata fortunata.

Brought he Korean colour changing stick. There website looked good had a variety of different items. Was quite expensive for what it was €30 but thought I'd treat myself. Well why did I not check reviews on here first. Mine came within 3 weeks but when I opened the packing instantly knew I'd been scammed. Product looks totally different from website pictures. Different shape no packaging/ branding on item. Very cheap plastic stick with a white cream inside, which stays white on your face. Total scam. Have emailed no response. DO NOT get succered in like me!!

I ordered my foundation on the 12th of November 2025. I never received my order, and to this day have sent email after email to the company. At first they reply, and send you the link to tracking, then, when you ask for a refund they ignore you. Scammed of €36. Do not buy from this company. The worst.

Its a total SCAM. I am dumb and got sucked into people advertising it, Don't be dumb like me, do not buy from this fake company. Its unbranded, not whats advertised and can be brought a lot lot cheaper on Amazon. I ordered the colour charging foundation stick, it came within a couple of weeks but was not branded like the photos make out, it was oblong not triangle, no printed writing on the case, they dont have a brand they just send knock offs from China. They now are not selling it on their fake scammed site. I don't understand why websites like these aren't being shut down.

If i could give no stars I would have. I initially bought there CC Cream early in the year & it was great. I thought finally found a CC Cream that does what it says & felt great on the skin. Ordered more of the product & it not only came in a smaller tube, this one felt diffrrent on the skin. Didn't blend like the original one i bought but also felt greasy. I have also bought 2 other diffrrent products from them (stupidly) & what I received was a cheap chinese fake products. They arrived & looked totally diffrrent with different names & look of the product !!! Tried emailing them to their supposed customer support weeks ago & still havn't heard back from them. So much for their claim it may take a few days to respond.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE YOUR MONEY!!
BIGGEST SCAM EVER

Product received had no coverage or pigmentation. It's just a white waxy stick that has no colour changing effect at all.
Zero response to any communications sent about delay in receiving goods or on quality of item once it arrived.

Thick like theater make up, doesn't change color... I am rarely scammed, i guess i forgot to check trustpilot on this one

The colour was different, the quality of the plastic the foundation is in is rubbish, cheap.

Worst is that they have not responded to any of my emails for the last month since I got the product and as others have said more emails for other products keeps coming.

DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
