Hi Elisa,

I am very sorry to read that you're dissatisfied with the introductory credit limit on your account. All credit limits are subject to status, and the limit offered will depend on the information received within the application form and during a credit check. Unfortunately, we may not always be able to provide a customer’s preferred limit, however, please be assured that we regularly review our accounts to see if we can offer credit limit increases.
You can review your limit increase preferences online by signing in and going to Account Settings > Credit Limit Preferences. You can also check for any limit increase offers at any time by going to My Card > Credit Limit Increases.
