Ware ist nur billiges Material und hat mit Wollpullis nicht zu tun. Bei Reklamation bekommt man keine Rücksendeadresse, sondern erstmal Rabatte angeboten. Erst nach zwei Wochen und Eskalation über den Käuferschutz erhält man eine Rücksendeadresse in China. Der Versand kostet ca. 45€ und die Ware soll innerhalb von 10 Tagen da sein, was bei normalem Versand nicht einhaltbar ist. Man erhält das Geld aber nur wieder, wenn die Ware (das Paket) unbeschädigt sei, was wiederum nicht nachprüfbar wäre. Der Käuferschutz von PayPal schützt hier leider voll den Verkäufer. Ich habe kein Geld von PayPal zurück erhalten.

Very poor quality goods. Perports to be "Icelandic vintage" sweaters. They are nothing of the sort. Poorly made thin machine made goods. Mine were wrongly sized as well. Very difficult to organise a return of goods. I would not advise anyone to buy from this company.

Ho ordinato chanel n.5 al prezzo di 49,99. Mi è arrivato dopo una settimana ma, dentro il pacco non c'era ciò che avevo ordinato ma tre confezioni marca? Profumo da uomo. Voglio dire a questi signori che è facile prendere in giro la gente ma io vi auguro che i soldi che mi avete truffato, vi serviranno per comprare medicine, il Karma esiste e prima o poi si rivoltera' contro di voi e, tutti i soldi che avete truffato non vi basteranno a curarvi.

Die Beschreibung des Pullovers ist einfach gelogen: das Material ist 100% Polyester, obwohl es als 100% isländische Wolle angegeben ist. Außerdem ist er nicht „handmade“ und die Lieferung dauert Wochen. Sehr enttäuschend.

Alcune volte, pur non essendo assolutamente giusto, te le vai a cercare, da qui il titolo alla mia recensione su questa presunta ditta Melia che si spaccia per Islandese con un sito accattivante e prodotti che dalle foto sembrano davvero di qualità, con in evidenza il prezzo pieno (corretto), ed un forte sconto per fine serie. Come ho fatto l’ordine e ho pagato mi è venuto in mente di controllare Truspilot, (quindi furbo 2 volte, non potevo guardare prima?), e così scopro che tutte le persone sono state buggerate. Ricevuta oggi la merce (3 pezzi per 113,00€), e naturalmente anziché lana islandese, ho ricevuto tutta roba acrilica dí pessima qualità e non corrispondente neanche come colori , della merce ordinata. Al netto che bisogna farsi più furbi e ad esempio provare a controllare prima Truspilot, l’avessi fatto non avrei buttato 113,00€, mi chiedo chi ospita la pubblicità di queste aziende fatte apposta per rubare i soldi a poveri malcapitati seppur un tantino sprovveduti, non dovrebbero verificare la veridicità di quanto propongono e assumersene la responsabilità?
P.S. Ho mandato una mail a sti Cino/islandesi con la richiesta di rimborso, ma credo che sarà difficile 😥

24/12/2025 Melia Informed me it was deliverd to my local post office. Next it was now been deliverd and signed for on the 29/11/25 by Royal Mail who sent a photo of it being deliverd to a upturned box. Royal Mail informs me that NO house number was printed on the parcel. My bank has refunded me and is in contact with Mossman, who cannot get their facts right.

Ho ordinato un cardigan dai motivi nordici, scelto perché apparentemente di una bella lana pesante; mi è arrivata una sorta di giacchina di tuta acetata, con stampati nella parte in alto alcuni motivi striminziti stampati sull'acetato, in stile vagamente "nordico". Misura ampiamente inferiore a quanto atteso. Non ho provato nemmeno a tentare l'operazione di reso, colpa mia che non ho letto le recensioni prima di avventurarmi nell'acquisto. Diffidate, girate a largo.

Fate attenzione si tratta di una truffa. Sul sito Melia & Co vengono venduti milioni di lana islandese fatti a mano, in realtà si tratta di orrendi maglioni 100% acrylico made in Cina. Io ne ho presi 2 e sono stato truffato. Ho scritto facendo presente e chiedendo il reso e mi hanno risposto che se voglio renderli devo pagarmi i costi di spedizione Italia-Cina. Hi scritto più volte dicendo che li avrei denunciati ma non gliene frega nulla. Sono dei truffatori fare attenzione non comprate nulla da questi truffatori.

Domani faccio denuncia, ho pagato 50 euro in contrassegno per un montale intense caffe, sono arrivati 3 dopobarba dozzinali privi di marca.

Ho ordinato un profumo MAISON FRANCIS KURKDJIAN BACCARAT ROUGE 540 × 1, pagamento in contrassegno.
Mi è stato recapitato un profumo diverso da poche decine di euro mentre ne ho pagate 50.
Non hanno contatti telefonici e non rispondono alle email. Una vera TRUFFA.

Una vera truffa. I maglioni che abbiamo ricevuto erano di pessima qualità, in poliestere lavorato a macchina, realizzati in Cina. Uno ha un'apertura sul collo larga quasi quanto la vita ed entrambi hanno maniche che arrivano appena sotto i gomiti. Impossibile restituirli. Evitate questa azienda.

Ich habe mich von der schönen Website des Pullovergeschäfts, der geschlossen werden sollte, verführen lassen und mir stark reduzierte isländische handgestrickte Wollpullover bestellt. Ich habe aber dann bemerkt, dass sie aus China kamen. Ich habe meine Bestellung storniert, aber die Ware kam trotzdem an – aus einem deutschen Lagerhaus. Sie waren miese Qualität, maschinenhergestellt und aus Polyester.
Viele Emails hin und her, ich solle die Ware auf eigene Kosten nach China schicken, dann würden sie mir, wenn die Ware ankommt, mein Geld zurückerstatten. Später wurden mir 15%, dann 20% Rückerstattung angeboten. Ich habe es Paypal gemeldet, die sich nun zu meinen Gunsten entschieden haben.
Finger weg von diesem Shop. Betrug!

Bestellt am 21.12.2095 waren handgestrickte Wollpullover aus Island, geliefert wurde Maschinenware aus Polyester made in China.
Bei Lieferung habe ich gleich den Fake bemerkt und um Rücknahme + Rücksende-Etikett + Erstattung gebeten. Ich sollte zur Verifizierung Fotos der gelieferten Artikel + der Versandtüte senden. Aber alle zur Verfügung stehenden Email Adressen funktionierten nicht.
Ich habe einen Fall bei paypal aufgemacht und werde jetzt mit Rabatt Angeboten geködert von 15% bis 30%
wenn ich die Pullover behalte. Eine Rücksendeadresse
habe ich bis heute (04.02.2026) noch nicht bekommen.
Ich habe mich jetzt erneut an paypal gewandt und warte auf eine dortige Entscheidung.

A total con. The jumpers we received were poor quality, machine knitted polyester, made in China. One has a neck opening almost as big as the waist and both have sleeves that reach just below the elbows. No way to return. Pay pal have been brilliant but avoid this company.

Hände Weg von diesem Laden. Die sind nicht einmal in der Lage die richtigen Größenetiketten in Ihr Billigklamotten zu nähen. Aus Bestellten XXL wird auf einmal ein XXS. Cashmere ist hier Polyester 100%.
Rückgabe wurde nicht anerkannt.

Ho ordinato Chanel n 5 per 50 euro mi è arrivato un profumo chiamato ipnotico. È proprio una truffage

I ordered 3 XL-size icelandic-style jumpers. When I received them they were way too short despite the sticker on packaging. The wrappings had labels in Chinese, too.

When I contacted them about sending them back, and asked them for what my size should be, they did not reply. I chased, they asked for pictures of wrappings. Then, they replied that they sent me what I ordered, offered a 15% rebate for a new order, but no option to return. Just offer them as presents to friends and family, they said!

What's the use of a 15% rebate for a new order if they won't tell me what my size should be? I won't order from them anyway.
