The quality is ok, appearance was as described online, the jacket fit fine my pants were 1.5 inches too small and very long , I’m a 36 so think the size guide is a little off for African American, our physique is different. Wasn’t happy with the return policy cost me extra money.

"I am writing this to warn everyone: DO NOT trust mr.buerly. I placed an order over a month ago and I have received absolutely nothing. They claim to have shipped the items and say they sent tracking emails, but it is a complete lie -I never received any confirmation or tracking number.

They are ignoring my requests for a refund €121,95 and keep making excuses in chat just to waste time. This is extremely unprofessional and feels like a scam. I am now taking legal action to get my money back. Save your money and stay away from this company!

Photos of dresses should be "quickly" opened when someone click on. I spent much time in trying to watch people's photos.

The product was completely faulty!! The product was awful material just cheap poor quality for what it was priced at! Asked for refund sent photos pointless questions which I have already stated I want a refund as it was faulty and poor quality! On their website is an elegant storefront with a sign and the address in Washington state. I googled it. It’s an industrial park warehouse. That’s not a great look for anyone looking to trust these people.

Overall, a good product for the price. The material feels durable, and the fit is decent. Shipping took a bit longer than expected, but acceptable.

DO NOT....I REPEAT DO NOT order anything from this company. You will regret it. The photos on the site are AI generated and you will not receive what you ordered. Instead, you will receive a cheap, poorly constructed version of what they advertised. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. The customer service is rude and non-responsive. Because they are in China, they depend on you being discouraged at the very expensive return shipping costs (which you have to send back at your own expense) to get your refund. Even if you decide to pay for the expensive shipping cost once the package arrives in China, they will refuse delivery from the courier. This company is disgusting with their tactics and deceitful business practices. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM, you will REGRET IT!! Don't say I did not warn you.

Cuando ya se me acaba la paciencia les escribo para anular el pedido y me dicen que "su política de cancelaciones conlleva un gasto del 50% sobre lo pagado" Solo me quieren devolver la mitad del dinero. Menos mal que compré por PayPal y lo he podido recuperar.

Terrible company and fraudulent business practices. Do NOT order from them. It is definitely a scam. I placed an order and paid$25.99 more for expedited shipment only for it to sit in awaiting shipment for twice as long as it was supposed to be for me to receive.

I have clearly stated that I do not want a replacement or a pathetic 10% discount, yet they continue to push these "offers" to avoid giving me my money back. They are blatantly violating the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and have refused to escalate my complaint to a manager despite multiple requests. This isn't just poor service; it is a calculated attempt to exhaust customers so they give up on the money they are owed. Do not be fooled by their website or their initial tone. Once they have your money, they will obstruct every attempt at a return. I am now forced to initiate a chargeback with my bank to get my funds back. Avoid this company at all costs unless you want to be scammed out of your hard-earned money.
