They are great
They are great, I had questions about shipping and when I called I spoke with Tatiana, she was GREAT, she went out of her way to call the people that handle the shipping to get delivery information and not only text me the details, she called me direct to explain. Once I get the fireplace installed I will be able to comment on the quality. But as for the customer service (Tatiana) you can't do any better. Thanks!

Wow, best customer service I’ve experienced. When I wasn’t sure what to purchase and left items in the cart I received an email asking if I needed help. And yes, I did need help!
