By far the best winch we had until now. Lightweight to carry arround and solide functioning in diffrent conditions and sourroundings.

It works perfectly in every place we've tested. Very good at high speed, and very useful to have the low speed function to tense the rope.
But we have a few things to consider:
- it would be useful to have a manual command, to not only depend on the remote control, at least to roll back the rope into the spool.
- It is a little hard to extend the rope when the rider goes to the starting point rowing or swimming. It would be good if the spool could be completely released.
- The batt level indicator in the remote shows two red leds, so the user assume that there's still enough energy in the batteries, but suddenly they run out of charge.
- Sometimes the remote (both the rider remote and the hand remote control) lost connection and suddenly stop working

Positiv is the reaction when I wrote an email, I received an answer very quick. Thank you for that. Negative is, that I had to wait a long time before I received the rewinch. The quality of the bag is not really good.

Rewinch made sure we had everything we needed in a timely fashion even though we made a last minute order. Communication was excellent and everyone was friendly and helpful. Great company and I will definitely do business with them again in the future.

I got this winch for my ski street crew to hit urban spots. We used a gas winch prior and were hyped to check out this new tech. The pulls are super consistent and smooth! The machine is sooo much easier to move around and carry to spots. The remote works perfect and allows us to dial in our speed for different features. This entire winch system is well thought out and fridge rips! The batteries last way longer than expected.. we get around 50-80 pulls per charge depending on the speed required for different features. 10/10!!

Rewinch is a light, portable and still very powerful winch system. Reply and follow up of the team is also very good, questions are answered very quickly. We are happy with the winch, we will test it in the snow too but can not wait for the summer to arrive for foil and wakeboard sessions again.

I wish i could give -5 stars! After 1,5 years using it, i'm always scared of already touching this thing! because it could be again something broken, not working or doing something completely weird.

Example: speed is set to 20km/h, but here we go 45km/h! (Very fun and not dangerous at all!)

The rope is not made for winter, so you will only damage the rope. Getting a new one, only 240$!
But on website starting the sentance: Made for the cold ...

I quote again the line on the website "Whether you are a wakeboarder, snowboarder, kite surfer, cable skier, wake skater, snow skater, foiler, skateboarder, bmx rider, mountain biker, paraglider or even a parent who wants to pull their kids around on a sled, Rewinch is made for you".
After my "tests" i would say: Ahm yeah, when they all ride on grass and not on snow, because i have a complete different expierence + videos that can prove my criticism multiple times!

And now, after 1,5 years the rider remote is fully broken. (black screen). RIP 365$!!! But please do not expect a charging cable in this price category, you need your own, that you need to cut yourself, because it would maybe not fit XD And as if that wasn't laughable enough, he also dutifully confirms it in one of his YouTube videos that you might have to cut your own cable on your own, because not all the cables fit in there! And what's more, in my case it's completely crooked/offset, so yeah -> High Quality Products!

Also the cable at the back of the winch is falling apart -> the wires are sticking out, because the insulating tube has come loose. (185$).

Also one charging output for the batteries is only charging to 99% -> the result: it will never end charging for one batterie! (299$)

For a product / products in that price range -> THIS IS A JOKE!

And when i ordered, i had to wait for my winch extra longer (73 days!!!) and also for my rider remote i had to wait even longer!!! (EXACTLY 150 days)!!

THATS NEARLY A HALF A YEAR!
So my rider remote is not even 1,5 years in use and still the screen is not working anymore and so the product is unuseable! So yeah, again RIP MY 365$!!!

So i got my winch in september and my rider remote in december, when i ordered at July 01, 2022!
LET THAT SINK IN!

And i had already huge problems in the beginning, but it was always my fault, not his products! So i was only able to "test it" 20 times in the summer, before the next summer and in the winter -> it was horrible to use! At -1 degree the rope gets soooo stiff, that the winch is not able to roll up the rope "nicely" in the winch, no, in the end -> it is drawn into the "coil, gears" and then the rope "breaks" in a short time!
Then you have to completely disassemble the thing and put it back together again! IT'S SUPER MUCH FUN! And this was not only once, nearly every ride was the same problem -> no matter what -> flat ground, uphill, slow, fast, going straight, jumping -> i tried everything to prevent this from happening! BECAUSE I LOVE MY HOBBY AND SPORT!
And i was not alone, everytime i had someone with me, that could confirm this several times, and there are also countless video recordings and photos that can also prove this. But yeah, its my fault! Only my fault!
I wish, i could add all the photos and videos here, so everyone could enjoy his "High Quality Products"!

If your products are of such high quality, why don't they work right from the start or why are they completely broken after less than 2 years?
Good question, ha?

So yes, I would definitly not recommend their products to anyone, because they are overpriced and will not last longer than 2 years (at least for me) or dont even work from the beginning! (at least for me)

He only tells you that you are to blame and that it can only be you! No apology and no replacement and of course it is now no longer possible for me to get my money back or let alone get the things that should have worked from the start -> replaced.
Instead, He only persuades you, so that you only look for the fault in yourself!
At least he makes you feel like that.

Soooo much time and money wasted on this stupid broken products!
Protect your wallet and your nerves and ride somewhere else or behind something else!
Again! In any case, he is never at fault or unable to admit that his products may not be as great as they are advertised!

Truth hurts, i know...
