I purchased the M10 destroyer with bench and am very pleased with it. It arrived in about 10 days and was straightforward to set up. The written instructions provided were clear on 95% of the walkthrough and the linked video of setup had everything that written instructions missed.

The cage is very sturdy and I feel very confident in the hooks, squat catch bars, and the general hardware for the cable system and landmine.

There were a few places where the welds were over the connection points for the braces and I had to struggle to get the nut on the bolt because the weld kept the brace too far from the frame. I did eventually get there. I guess I’d rather have too big of a weld than too small.

Some of the included accessories are better than others. All the bars feel fine but the grips are pretty cheap and fairly loose so I replaced with friction tape. The weight storage bars are nice to have but don’t hold much if you are using bumper plates like I am.

However these minor gripes do not get too much in the way of this being an excellent piece of equipment that I would buy again at the $800 price point I paid for the cage and bench.

Has been great for my husband to teach my son how to lift weights and use proper body mechanics.

I am very happy with the PMAX 4750. Easy to assemble. Everything I expected. My only issue is the cable weight. I feel like it does not run as smooth as gym equipment and with heavy weight is even worse. All in all I am very happy. The smith machine bar is great as well as all the other attachments and exercises. For this price point you can not go wrong.

Very nice machine considering the cost of others. Assembly was fairly easy. Had some damaged parts due to shipping and customer service responded quickly and replaced the parts promptly and free of charge!

It took almost two months for the gym equipment to ship, which was very frustrating and initially made me worry that I had been scammed. However, I’m very thankful for the customer service team - they were communicative and consistently kept me updated on my order whenever I reached out.

I’ve been very happy with my Ritkeep Smith Machine. It’s well constructed, operates smoothly and looks great! I can see getting years of great use out it!

I recently purchased a Nimitz N1 for my basement so I can continue to improve my overall health. I love the equipment so far and have been able to complete productive workouts thus far. It was for the most part very easy to put together and set up. However, the reason I did not give it a 5 is because of a few things. First it took at least a month to receive the equipment after ordering. Second it was challenging to get help from customer service when I needed it. However, they absolutely got in touch with me but took a minute, which may be due to their location compared to mine. Third, they equipment was carefully packaged, but the hardware (bolts, nuts, screws) were not. They were folded which opened the package they came in and they spilled everywhere. This made it difficult to separate appropriately and I may have used incorrect hardware to attach pieces together. Finally, the instruction manual could have included multiple tips or more in depth instructions such as when to use a hammer, better pictures for right and left parts, etc. Otherwise I am very pleased with my purchase and I WILL recommend this product to others. I will also purchase other products from this company.

For the price point this machine has everything I need! I bought this just to keep in shape and I have to say it's pretty awesome. I did have a professional assemble the machine and he did a great job. Shipping did take a while, but I contacted them via email and Whatsapp and they were great letting me know what was going on. I ordered on black friday and had the machine in less than 4 weeks. I don't think that's bad at all.

I placed an order on December 1st and still do not have my order or a tracking number. Fraud.

Ordered Pmax 5600 Dec 1st. No delivery before Christmas. Emailed them. Response was no stock available. I have been back and forth with them now for almost 2 months and the machine not arrived. 3 or 4 emails back and forth with them telling me that my order will be prioritized as soon as the warehouse received inventory. It is actually pretty ridiculous. Phone number on the website goes to VM and main number says nobody available to answer. Jan 26. Still no machine

Edit: Machine arrived Jan 30th and put together. I must admit that it was worth the wait. Set-up took about 4 hours with 3 people. Instructions are fairly straight forward. Great quality machine, easy to put together. Cable pulley system is smooth as silk. Bench is heavy duty and comfortable. Overall an outstanding home gym for the money you pay. Customer service was very responsive throughout the process and kept in touch with me. If you place an order, there may be a delay, but you won't be disappointed in the quality.

I decided to purchase this home gym based off YouTube recommendations. Everything works as advertised. Some of the more important pieces arent labeled and easy to put on the wrong way. The equipment itself is great for the price!

My Ritkeep Smith machine showed up in good time and was packaged well. Everything went together good with good directions. I ended up finding 1 missing PC which isn't bad for as many PCs that come. I reached out to customer service and they got the PC shipped out quickly. I really love the machine it works great!

My updated review of 1.5 Weeks of use so far.

The setup process is pretty straight forward but i would advise having some of your own tools to speed up the process. By myself it took me about 5 hours to do by myself since some of the bolts were hard turn.

The cons i would say hole spacing is a little wide if you're in between heights. For instance im about 5'3 -5'4 but i either have to sqaut up or bench up a hole or sqaut lower than a hole.The J hooks they work but i wish they were a little more heavy duty. With the jhooks being so short you have to be very percise when racking the weight. It would be nice to see in the future if they make a longer jhook in the future height wise and width wise. Overall the rack may shake when racking the weight but it is sturdy imo. Overall I would recommend the rack as a good starring point but would look for stronger j hooks from somewhere else to go with it. As a safety is key when lifting alone or on your own. I also do wish the outside safety guards were included to work outside the rack.

My Tips to make the better when you purchase

For a sturdy jhook I would look at Titans T-2s to combine with the rack and you're soild in my opinion as it takes the rack to the next level.

I would also go on Amazon ans buy one inch stickers 1-50 to put stickers on each hold spot so you know where you're placing your hooks and spotter arms.

Customer service
I would say at first I was nervous when buying and reading previous reviews but it worked out perfectly for me. The customer service team has been pretty responsive as well as once I ordered it took about 28 hours to get the shipping label and it was shipped to me. So im guessing they had alot on hand of this rack or I got lucky ans ordered before the hoilday rush came in.

Shipping Time
As I ordered the rack on 12/28/25 and it arrived on 12/2/26. Which is pretty fast. I will give an updated review on my experience as i am waiting on dip bars and safetys arms for outside the rack to currently try out.

Overall I rate my experience and the rack as an 4.5/5. As the jhooks need to be a lil bigger and taller as safety is key when lifting alone. I also wouldn't be opposed to seeing ritkeep even offer stickers to go with hole labeling and it would be even cooler edition to get a workout poster with the rack showing you different exercises with the rack. As this is an rack I would advise for someone starting a home gym on a budget or an experienced lifer on a budget. If new to lifting I would advise a Smith machine for spotting as you want to be safe when lifting.

Total experience was great from order to delivery. Setup and assembly was easy and I couldn’t be happier with my home gym!

We absolutely love our PMAX 5600. We have had it for over a month and have nothing but good things to say. My husband and I can both use it at the same time. We upgraded to the aluminum pullies and they are so smooth. It was really what we needed for our home gym and gains !

From purchase to delivery all needs were met. Everything came as advertised and instructions were easy to follow and assemble. The whole family has been using daily for about a month now with no issues. Will definitely recommend and will be buying more equipment in the near future.

I placed my order November 30th and haven’t gotten anything yet. I got one email Dec 12 that stated the stock was on back order. I’ve called the numbers on the website one goes strait to voice mail the other one says no one is available to take my call. I’ve emailed several times got nothing back. After I placed this review I then received the equipment I ordered I set it up and am very impressed with the quality and durability of the equipment. Thanks workers!

My order was placed on 11/29/25 and my credit card charged yet no equipment and no shipping confirmation, it’s now 1/3/26. I have been given the song and dance about the holiday sales and they are waiting for more to come in stock. Very disappointed will not order from RITKEEP again.

I ordered my RitKeep PMAX 5600 smith machine in early November and had it in two weeks. I took each box by number and laid the pieces on the floor in front of the mats I purchased to protect my floor.

Pictures were provided that illustrated the order of assembly and what bolt to use for each piece. If you follow these instructions properly the assembly will go smoothly.

I have been using this machine for over a month now and am thoroughly enjoying my workouts at home. No waiting for equipment in a gym, I can workout at my own pace and am absolutely enjoying every workout.

The machine is smooth, quiet and easy to use. I did a search using Ai to design 3, 4, and 5 day workout splits which produced guides on the exercise and the correct way to perform each routine. This workouts included dumbbell exercises and other routines.

I am 76 years old and am convinced this machine will keep me in great shape so I can live a longer, healthier life. Thank you RitKeep.

I did a lot of research and landed on the Ritkeep 5600. The entire order arrived within a week. I did a few upgrades as well. I'm a couple of weeks into it and I keep discovering new workouts. Lots of bang for the buck!
