Stack was easy, convenient, and well-managed. Everything was a 5-star except the fact that they don’t service our area so we did have to drive our crates to a friends house for pickup.

Lack of communication, lack of customer service, poor experience

Moving bins beat boxes every time! Sturdy, spacious, no assembly needed, and no recycling hassle. Everything fit easily, and pickup was a breeze. Never using boxes again!

I booked a few weeks in advance for an order and on the day of the drop-off, they didn’t have the inventory and asked to push the delivery to the following Monday.

I wouldn’t trust their delivery times if you have a time sensitive move.

What a genius idea! This was so helpful for my 1BR apartment move and the process was extremely simple and convenient. I will never use cardboard boxes again. The rolling cart made the move so much faster and easy on my back. Gilbert was so professional and courteous. Great experience for sure!

The money was well worth it. The crates made my move so smooth. It was a definite time saver when it came to packing and unpacking as well as the actual move. The ability to stack multiple crates on top of each other and roll them on a dolly was helpful. The driver who delivered and picked up the boxes communicated in advance the time for pickup/delivery. He was quick and efficient.

Pickup and drop off was seamless and the boxes and dollies made the move so much easier!

This is a 5 star review. Stack is the perfect solution to finding moving boxes. Delivery to my home was on time and well communicated. When I needed to extend my return I just sent a message to Stack through their website and the extension was granted immediately. I highly recommend using their stackable and rollable boxes when moving.

Best decision we made during our recent move this last week. We highly recommend to everybody. Boxes were clean, sturdy and easy to open and close. At 34 weeks pregnant, anything to make our move easier is a big win and the green bins were the biggest success of all because it just happened to rain exactly during our move and nothing inside got wet. What a surprise to have rain - rarely rains in LA! And also what a life saver to have these green bins. Customer service was also on point. From the delivery/pick up drivers to the person answering my questions via text. We will use them on our next move. Thank you, Stack team.

I loved loved loved this company and product! We moved from a 3 br + office to another 3 br during the holidays, so I opted for the recommended 50 boxes for a 2-week time period. I’d say the price was totally reasonable and the boxes are sizeable with enough space. And then there’s the obvious environmental benefit of not having to get rid of tons cardboard boxes after the move.

The same person picked up and dropped off our boxes - he communicated well and was professional and efficient, even with our narrow streets/driveways. I will 100% be using stack for my next move!

Very easy and worth it. Also if you're into sustainability and also don't want the clean up of a million cardboard boxes, stack is a perfect choice.

These boxes were a lifesaver. We were able to move our 4 bdrm house to a 3 bedrm with only 1 load. Delivery and pickup was as promised.

The boxes were awesome and the dollies very easy to move over any surface. Boxes were clean (even though some still had stickers on them). These really made my move within the same building a lot easier than with cardboard. They also forced me to unpack right away because the boxes had to go back. I loved this part the most.

Only removing one star because I wish the drop off and pick up was able to be scheduled with at least a four hour window. Moving is stressful and timing is usually tight. So taking this stress point away would make this service perfect.

I would definitely use them again though.

Stack is great! Stumbled across them without realizing this was even a thing. Made my move so much easier and will never use boxes again. Highly recommend!

I agree with some other reviewers that conceptually, this service is a great idea; I like that this is a fairly sustainable option. I also agree with some reviewers that a lot of items simply don’t fit in the bins, so I still ended up needing a fair number of cardboard boxes and other bins to complete my cross country move. I ordered 25 bins but probably needed 35 to minimize the additional materials I purchased. I saw in some instagram ads that people were also given bubble wrap and other packing materials and I definitely wasn't given any of those. I was also short a couple of labels and wasn't sure why they wouldn't be more generous with them given some people like to label both the top and a side so that was also annoying. There were also other labels from the previous user's move leftover so they didn't take care to make sure all of those were removed and I had to do it to make sure it wasn't confused with my labels with my movers.

Like other reviewers, I agree that customer service was also a bit of a mess. Everyone I chatted with was nice, but I felt like I wasn't sure I was even dealing with real people since I had talked to at least 3 different people in the process and had different people texting me about pickup. When I wasn't able to return the boxes at the originally agreed upon time I was charged an extra $60 for the extra week. I had no control over when the moving truck was arriving which happened to be on Christmas which was a couple of days after the first agreed upon date.

The disadvantage of Stack if you have a lot of stuff is that you do have to unpack all the bins in a timely manner in order to return them all which isn't necessarily ideal when you're moving across country into a smaller footprint of living space and have no idea where everything you unpacked is going to live. Plus having to unpack on Christmas and dealing with everything was not ideal given it was also pouring rain and the bins are not water tight so I did have some water leak into a few of the bins.

I also asked for an updated invoice showing the additional $60 charge for the extra week since I needed to submit my expense report before the end of the month. I was told I would have that by the end of the day the day i asked. Never got it; reached out again and ::crickets:: Still haven't gotten an updated invoice. Ended up submitting my expense report without it cause I didn't want to have to wait on reimbursement for my entire trip because Stack was being unresponsive.

I would recommend it for the sustainability aspect as long as you can estimate how much you will need.

I am also happy that my IG feed is no longer inundated with CONSTANT Stack ads. Kudos to whoever runs their socials cause it is equally effective and annoying.

The boxes themselves were really nice and made moving easier and more convenient. The customer service got my date wrong and my boxes were a day late. I would definitely use them again though

Stack worked out great for our move . It was amazing to have it deliverd to our doorstep and picked up when we were done. Not having to waste money or time on boxes & packing supplies . Customer service thru messenger was available & helpful. I give it 4 stars instead of 5 as the only issue was texting communication for drop off & pick up was limited and not great. No windows of time were provided even when requested so you need to wait at home for the day. A window of time would help alot for drop off days and pick up days ! Otherwise , great service .
