Brilliant fresh flowers for creative display.

It was so great to get these fresh, long lasting blooms with a distinct style guide. Following this I was able to create an amazing display - it was so gratifying to share this with family and friends both when they were visiting and over social media. Can’t wait for my next delivery!

Unable to make payment

Tried to buy some flowers, last minute, for Valentine’s Day. Knew it would be busy but after 5th attempt trying to pay I gave up. Does this company not want to make money at their most important time of the year? Went to Bloom and Wild instead.

First bunch great, second not-so

The first bunch I had were excellent, they lasted a full 2 weeks (even then, they could have gone a bit longer but my next bunch was due). I loved them and couldn't wait for the next! Sadly, the next bunch arrived, and 2 stems were already dropping and losing petals; it just made the whole bunch look low quality. Thankfully, I got it during the introductory half-price offering; if I had paid full price, I would have been furious. I have since cancelled as for the full price, I just can't justify that risk. As I said, the first bunch was excellent, and if the quality was consistently like that, I'd have been a customer for a long time to come, but sadly, with hit and miss quality it is just not something I feel is worth the price tag.

Edit:

Their customer service is great. I rated the bunch poorly, and customer service reached out. They have credited my account before this review went live, so I can get the next bunch for free.

I will be signing bakc up for the subscription as it's incredible how much they look after customers, that gives me hope that if there are issues in the future, they will resolve them straight away!

ACHTUNG: Abofalle weil Kündigung ignoriert wird

Vorweg: die Blumen sind wirklich toll... ABER: Man wird hier in eine Abofalle gelockt. Es gibt keine direkt ersichtliche und einfache Möglichkeit zu kündigen. Auf Mails in denen man die Kündigung erklärt reagiert niemand. Auch auf wiederholtes Nachfragen nicht. Es wird einfach weitergeliefert und abgerechnet. Daher ACHTUNG... das ist ein betrügerisches Vorgehen! Bestellt hier auf gar keinen Fall etwas und lasst euch auch nicht von den Rabatten blenden.

Nicht der bestellte Strauß

Der Service war gut, aber der Strauß entsprach nicht dem bestellten Strauß, es fehlten sehr viele Blumen, das Volumen war die Hälfte von dem bestellten Strauß. Sehr schade. Dafür sind 55 Euro viel zu teuer.

Disappointing bunch of flowers for the…

Disappointing bunch of flowers for the price.
Arrived with no assembly instructions but this was quickly resolved after making a call.
Some of the flowers had been damaged in post, some looked dehydrated,
The bunch in general look lacking which is not what I would expect after spending over £30 for them.
I’m glad I didn’t buy these as a gift for someone.

Do not fall for this scam companies promise you can cancel any time I have contacted them 4 times and still keep getting and being charged for flowers I have not ordered or do not want avoid

Achtung Abofalle!
Eine Online Kündigung ist praktisch unmöglich.
Nach ausgiebiger Suche habe ich angerufen.
Am Servicetelefon wurde mir dann gesagt es gäbe ein Online Kündigungsformular… sie könne mir aber gerade nicht sagen wo und wie dies zu finden sei…! 😂
Hier wird alles getan, um zu verhindern, dass man sein Abonnement beendet.
Damit vergrault Freddies Flowers nicht nur Kunden, sonder verstößt gegen das Gesetz: „seit dem 1. Juli 2022 müssen online abgeschlossene Abos und Verträge (Dauerschuldverhältnisse) über einen gut sichtbaren „Kündigungsbutton“ auf der Website des Anbieters kündbar sein. Pflicht nach § 312k BGB…“
Hier werde ich nie wieder bestellen
