I would not recommend Zoek Marketing. Their entire process lacked transparency, especially around billing. My account was set to auto‑renew without clear notice, and charges were made with no explanation of what I was actually paying for.

What made it worse was the communication — or rather, the lack of it. I received weekly pressure to upgrade my plan, yet they never provided meaningful updates on how my current marketing plan was performing. No reports, no check‑ins, no visibility into results.

When I finally requested to cancel, they billed me anyway, despite the clear cancellation request.

A marketing company should be transparent, communicative, and accountable. My experience with Zoek was the opposite on every level.

Mirtha was excellent to work with. Her response time was great and she answered every question I had along the way. I would hope that everyone gets to experience the same experience I had!

Canceled request still nonstop calls. I canceled my request a solid month ago but I keep getting robo-called by them. I did not want their service and this has made me never want to use their service, now or in the future. Its at least 2 times a day, always from a new phone number, so blocking only works so well. This is infuriating as I am attempting to look for work so I always have to pick up calls I dont recognize immidiatly and suprise its just Zoek with more spam. My advise save your sanity and call history and NEVER USE ZOEK.

Any time I had a question or needed an adjustment, he was quick to jump in and make it happen.

They brought my vision to life and designed the website exactly how I asked, while also offering helpful suggestions that elevated the final result. Ryan G., my sales rep, made the experience smooth and straightforward from the very beginning, setting clear expectations and making sure everything moved along efficiently.

Overall, the entire team was super responsive the whole time, and I truly appreciate the level of care and effort they put into their work. I also found the services to be well worth the money for everything that’s included. Having a full year of support for redesigning, designing, and fine-tuning my website gives me so much confidence moving forward. It really feels like a well-oiled machine with a strong, coordinated team behind it.

I’m beyond excited to be launching my website, and there’s no way I could have done it this quickly—or had it look this great—without such an amazing group of professionals. This is truly my A-team, and I’m grateful for all the hard work they’ve done.

Mirtha Lopez was a great help in getting this website designed. The process was pretty straightforward and efficent and got me to 95% of where I wanted the website to be.

My experience with Zeok, via Wix, was great overall. I'm an artist and originally attempted to build my own website, but I became overwhelmed with coding. I decided to invest in myself and partner with Zeok to create my site. I knew what I wanted but couldn’t quite bring it to life — and that’s exactly what Mirtha and her team were able to do. They took my vision and made it real.
At first, the process was a bit frustrating. I had a new launch coordinator each quarter, and some were in different time zones, which made scheduling calls difficult. My only complaint is the high turnover. It led to frustration as I had to repeat my vision and requests to multiple staff members.
However, Zeok definitely saved the best for last — Mirtha, my final launch coordinator, was spot-on. She understood my needs, followed up when needed, and made the process smooth and enjoyable. I wish I had her from the very beginning.
Overall, I’m elated that I chose Zeok. It was worth every dollar.

Absolutely unacceptable the way this company handles them selves and talks to their customers. i called for help and get told i obviously have no idea what im talking about and what goes into a website because i thought their quote was a little high.
