I ordered 4.5 kg package and everything went great. The shipping took 15 days. Shipping was 55€ for 4.5kg which is pretty good.

El paquete me llego pero tardo mas de lo normal, 1 semana en que llegaran todos los productos al almacen, y luego pague por una tarifa de envio donde me tendria que haber tardado de 7-12 dias y acabo tardadndo 3 semanas en llegar a canovelles barcelona, una verguenza. un mes en total

Se niegan a dar un reembolso por un pedido que nunca salio de China, pero ellos siguen diciendo que debo pagar 50 dls más por el envio, cuando el producto me costo 50 dls y el envio con descuento 20 dls. Mejor lo hubiera comprado acá en mi pais por que se niegan a darme el reembolso por más que muestre pruebas...

KakoBuy is a pretty good place. It’s not KakoBuy that scams you it’s the people you are getting the product from kako buy isn’t the seller of the product it’s just a shipper. So stop blaming kako buy it isn’t their fault you’re just buying from shitty people. And high shipping is apart of life now especially if it’s from overseas cuz of the economy and the president so deal with it.

Guys, high shipping costs is not a scam. It's reality. Other companies like shein, temu, etc. just already added the shipping price to the item price, that's why what they sell is more expensive but shipping can be free. I ordered a lot of stuff from Kako last summer, and yes, the shipping was expensive, but if you divide its price by the number of items, each item is not that expensive, do the maths. And don't forget your products are coming from far away. Overall, good service with amazing prices, just a bit slow

Hice un pedido y todo llegó al almacén pero el envío es demasiado costoso (650 usd) y quise devolver todo, me comuniqué con soporte y solo me dijeron que el tiendo de devolución había pasado, traté de pagar el envío y no quiere aceptar ningún método de pago, 250 usd perdidos que fue el total de mi pedido💔

1. never had a problom with customs and i live in denmark
2. 10-14 days shipping depends if u use dhl or dpd
3. Great customer service if your in gmt between 7-13 am or open a ticket in discord
4. They have giveaways in discord

Tried to ship some iPads the agent agents were refusing to purchase them saying they’ll get seized

Every other shipping agent has shipped them and never had any issues
The website is very unoptimised
Overall, there are much better services out there

They are scamming, 4 out of 6 items did not arrive when I paid for all 6 to be shipped at once. I ordered months ago and paid a lot of money. Initially they were good, they sent decent QC Pics. I submitted all my items for shipment in one Parcel and they only shipped the cheapest items - I think they return the more expensive items, to get the money back and keep it while still acting like they shipped everything and refering you back to the tracking number of the parcel with cheapest items. Luckily I paid with Paypal and they ended up refunding me. STAY AWAY!

I bought trousers and a hoody size s and I received a huge size in a color that didn't look like the pictures. The seller doesn't accept refunds. It's a total scam. Never make the same stupid mistake as I made, to buy something here.

Please, never order from kakobuy, it’s the biggest scammers I have ever had as an agent, I ordered 3 parcels from them (each of them was about 7kg) I payed for the vacuuming 2 time, It is an additional fee that gets items volume down so the shipping costs less, I never had vacuuming, they forced me to pay x2 on the parcel, they use big boxes for small items so it takes more space even after rehearsal, they even added extra large bubble wrap for a ski mask, why would I need x10 the size of a ski mask of bubble wrap ? On my 3rd parcel, 50% of all the items were either off stock, lost or just couldn’t come, they have indeed refunded me, but bank fees and transfer fees are not a problem for them, they don’t give a damn f, I’m now on superbuy, I never had a single probleme and they are way cheaper, stay safe fam ❤️

Shipping is usually around 12-14 days, with literally one of their cheapest lines. I don't know why people are leaving bad reviews but they're all lying 😭

Kakobuy is a scam, luring you with low price to buy product, afterwards, you pay more for shipping (30 dollars) for item 10 dollar.

To anyone reading this, I promise the 5 star reviews are written by Kakobuy themselves - this website scammed me, after I purchased all of the items and paid for shipping, the package never arrived and customer support just keeps dodging and avoiding the refund. After some further research, Kakobuy is the rebranding of a website called Hagobuy, which exit scammed not too long ago - PLEASE do not buy from this website!!!

First time was pretty good. Ordered 5 things for total 180€(including shipping). Second time wasnt really great. Everything arrived to the kakobuy storage place in 4 days but two items didnt so i returned. Then i paid 180€ for 10 products and they only sent 9 of them. They couldnt even refund me.
