I found the class informative and did gain some useful skills. However, I expected it to be more instructor-led. Much of the class time ended up being devoted to classmates presenting their projects rather than direct teaching or guided instruction.

Given the price of the course, I also anticipated more personalized and detailed feedback on assignments. For example, one of my responses was marked incorrect with a note stating that a correct answer should have included five specific elements — yet my submission already contained all of them. It would have been much more helpful to know exactly what was missing or what needed improvement.

Overall, the material had value, but the delivery and level of individualized feedback didn’t fully match expectations for a course at this price point.

Everything was great EXCEPT using the edu chat. I will need to start from scratch on all that when I buy my own paid license. I would NOT recommend the software be provided because of this. The entire rest of class, admin, instruction, classmates, was awesome!!

Loved the learning lessons but the video examples of workflows did not match the systems and it caused alot of downtime trying to figure it out in my own. Especially in lesson 2 or 3 using n8n and twitter module. Then later you make a written statement about it after an hour or 2 was spent trying to figure it out. You shd make sure the videos and instructions match

This was an amazing class. I came in know the basics of AI but left with confidence that I can use it in my everyday career to help save time and be an extra brain that I can bounce my ideas off of. Would recommend to all!

I recently completed the AI Prompting course, and it exceeded my expectations. The instructors did an outstanding job breaking down complex concepts into practical, real-world applications. They were knowledgeable, approachable, and genuinely invested in ensuring students understood not just the “how,” but the “why” behind effective prompting.

The program itself was very well structured. Each module built logically on the previous one, making it easy to follow even when covering advanced topics. The online meetings were especially valuable — interactive, organized, and focused on real examples that reinforced the material. There was plenty of opportunity to ask questions and receive thoughtful feedback.

The curriculum was comprehensive and student-friendly. It covered foundational principles, advanced techniques, and practical implementation strategies, providing a wealth of new knowledge I can immediately apply in my professional work. Overall, this course delivered significant value, and I would strongly recommend it to anyone looking to deepen their understanding of AI prompting.

The instructors and the online class videos with modules and related assignments. The material was always available and I was able to do the work on nights and weekends without driving anywhere. The course was extremely interesting and fun to learn.

Great content - challenging in some areas which was appreciated.

While I completed all assignments, exams, and earned the certification, I felt the course lacked sufficient hands-on, practical instruction. I would have benefited from more guidance on how to actually implement the strategies, including how to set up and launch the various marketing tactics covered. With the changes in the programs, the videos were outdated. The course would benefit from more detailed instruction on the actual setup and execution

Everyone at Ziplines was fantastic and supportive. It was so good I signed up for another course before that one ended. I love the new course as well.

This AI prompting course is fast-paced, but the pacing and time management could have been structured more effectively. The workload felt uneven, with little due in the first week and multiple assignments and modules due in the final week, which created an unnecessary rush.

Some of the content became repetitive toward the end, with several lessons covering similar material. The most valuable and practical module was CustomGPT, which was the only module where I gained clear, actionable takeaways.

The playbook assignment format was creative but not very efficient. Clicking through multiple slides felt tedious, and the instructions would be easier to follow in a single document. Feedback on these assignments also seemed inconsistent, ranging from detailed responses to very brief comments, which made expectations less clear.

Overall, this is a valuable class for those who are new to AI prompting or just beginning to use ChatGPT, but improvements in pacing, content variety, assignment format, and feedback consistency would improve the learning experience.

Great platform for education! I found that using this platform was very intuitive and easy to navigate the course work.

Assistance with the course was great. Having the opportunity to explore various tools was really helpful. At times, it became obvious the material was a little dated when given directions in the software due to updates. I would recommend this course to anyone looking gain professional insight into automation.

Knowledgeable instructor, the pace of the class was not too fast.

The course was interesting and intriguing. The tools used and skills to use them was great. It solidified the concern that security and AI need to work together, as letting the various apps have access to your email was risky.

The instructor and LSA were spot on. Very knowledgeable and great to work with.

This entire thing was 10 weeks of having AI pushed, including generative AI. It was only advertised as having 1 week focused on AI in the industry. The ethical issues surrounding the usage of AI were never discussed.
They also do not teach to the certificates. So that's an additional 5-8 hours of self learning (and all of that information and resources are available for FREE).

They really know their stuff- from chunking up the content to make it easy, to always making sure you know where to go for help, to keeping sessions with other students informative and fun- you really can’t go wrong here.

I obtained a better understanding of the topics and industry resources to better equip my professional development.

The online course material was well designed and easy to comprehend. The assignments were excellent for cementing the skills presented online. I didn’t personally care for the weekly live sessions and appreciated they being optional as they provided little to no value for me. I was slightly more advanced than most of the participants and it felt like they had to “dumb” things way down and spent excessive time on the basics. With that said, the live instructors were great for new learners and my comments are not directed at them as instructors.

The team leaders really were receptive to working efficiently, taking questions and were engrained in a great learning experience.
