Geen hulp bij problemen, waardeloze klantenservice, onveilig!

Gekochte artikel zwaar beschadigd aangekomen. Op verzoek hiervan foto's aangeleverd binnen 48 uur aan Vinted. Ondanks dat ik recht heb op volledige teruggave heeft vinted geld aan verkoper uitbetaald. Klantenservice is schrikbarend: nietszeggende berichten zonder actie. Dit is enorm slechte service, ik ga zeker niets meer bij Vinted kopen want als het misgaat wordt je totaal NIET geholpen, ook al betaal je ze voor kopersbescherming.

Unclear about payments, be carefull

Be careful: this company is very unclear about payments. You sign up for a subscription, but it is absolutely unclear that you are "stuck with it", they write off money after a year without asking, without a reminder that your subscription has ended. They do not want to cooperate if you have problems with this, I would definitely use another website in the future. Their application works fine but is not unique.

Addendum: After posting this review I received an email stating that they would now refund the money that they had previously debited. I am grateful for that.

We strive to be transparent about our subscription model, which is a standard approach for online services today. From the outset of the purchase process, we clearly inform users that our plans are subscription-based and that automatic renewal is enabled by default. This information is available in multiple places, including during checkout and in our terms and conditions.

Additionally, customers have full control over their subscriptions and can disable automatic renewal at any time in their account settings. While we understand that some users may forget to cancel or only realize later that they no longer need the service, we cannot assume responsibility for these situations.

Despite our policies, we frequently accommodate refund requests for renewals—even when they fall outside our terms and conditions—as a goodwill gesture. However, receiving reviews like this one, despite our efforts to provide fair and flexible options, is disheartening.

Oplichterij / scam

Armbandje met fotootje erin besteld voor 30 euro. Nooit iets ontvangen. Klantenservice onbereikbaar. Dit is oplichterij. Niet Bestellen.

Bestelnummer: TDO XP 3150420948YQ

Ordered a bracelet with photo for 30 euro. Never received a parcel. Customerservice not available. This is a scam. Do not order at this website.

Very unreliable. Dress paid, never delivered. No reactions at all to e-mails.
Do not order here.

Zeer onbetrouwbaar. Jurk betaald, nooit geleverd, geen enkele reactie op mails. Bij tracking status staat pakket op delivered. Maar hier is niets aangekomen. Kortom: oplichterij.
