Order never arrived. Tracking provided doesn’t work and no courier info given. No follow-up after support promised a reply. This is a terrible company to buy from- beware!

Ordered on 30th June

Ordered on 30th June. Plenty of time to ensure delivery of medication before my current amount ran out- I thought!!!!
No 2 weeks later and item is approved but not dispatched so now out of medication, which is medically negligible.
I would not recommend using this company. I have never had a problem with any other online pharmacy like this. I moved providers due to price but Curaye are just awful!

2 Faulty units- awful quality

First one arrived but failed to chill at all. After various calls and being asked to switch it off and on 24 hrs later still no chill. They agreed to exchange it. It was then collected and a new one ordered but there was 10 days between this and the dispatch was saying held at Heathrow. 2nd unit arrived today. Plugged it in and no power, just a loud buzzing noise from the plug. We are either very unlucky or the quality and checks on these units had deteriorated. Will be contacting again tomorrow and asking for a full refund as not prepared to try a 3rd one. Really disappointing.
Also Myo can not be that great at admin as I have been in touch and the chiller was collected today- 29/7/24.

I never received my order

I never received my order. It took over 7 days to get a response which was they needed to talk to the pharmacist. I have ordered from here for over a year and this experience has really put me off using them again. I have asked for a refund and will look to go else where

Delivery time at over 14 days

Delivery time at over 14 days. Customer service response is there was a warning on the website (there wasn’t) and that an email was sent detailing a delay-it wasn’t.
Disappointed that they consider 14 days a “slight” delay, will not re order again.

I would love to be able to review the item but as I have never received it I can not! No response from the company, no idea where my item is. Shows as in production now for for 21 days with no sign of arriving after paying EXTRA for quick production.
This was a picture of my dead father to commemorate an anniversary for my sister, all it had caused is further heart ache. Luckily bought on a credit card so hopefully can get my £60 back that way.

No item recieved

I would love to review but given I still haven't received the item after ordering on the 29th Dec then I am unable to.Even accounting for bank holidays it should have arrived as I put it on 48hr delivery! Won't be buying again from here!
