I do not recommend Angi. I purchased a mattress on Wayfair, and was told I could have them haul away my old mattress for a fee. They scheduled it with Angi. The first person scheduled was a no show, and wouldn't answer my texts. I then called Angi, they rescheduled. The next person didn't pick it up either. I contacted customer service, and after talking to two agents, I was promised a refund. Nothing. I've since contacted Wayfair, and was promised a refund as well. I don't feel very optimistic about that happening either.

Superb customer service and beautiful hardware!

When I went to cancel, they told me they would give me a month free if I stayed. I did, and they charged me $11.99. I called and the agent gave me an excuse because of the time I canceled and the time it was renewed. It was all on the same day though, so I'm not sure why I still got charged. Sound confusing? I agree.The buffering is horrible. The navigation also horrible. I canceled and will never use again. What a rip off.

I am extremely satisfied with the customer service I received at Halloweencostumes.com. I needed to make an exchange, and the representative was quick to make it happen. She was very friendly and professional. I got my exchange shortly after I placed it. Now my son is ready for Halloween!

Horrible customer service and took forever for a refund! After reading some of the reviews, I guess I am lucky to have gotten one at all. No phone number, and I had to to send 2 or 3 emails to get a reply regarding refunded. On the website it states free returns. They didn't refund me the whole amount. I will never buy from this company again. I don't know how they stay in business.

Im from the US, and could not find the Levi johnny sherpa jacket anywhere. I was hesitant about buying from a shop that I had not heard of. Urban Industry is awesome! I got discounted shipping and it was super fast. And the jacket is beautiful, looks great on my hubby.
