Shocking

Shocking, harassing tactics. Completed details just to check the quality of their data on a free basis. Immediately bombarded with emails, linkedin invites, messages and WhatsApp to attend a video call. Even after asking for my data to be removed I have been contacted by another representative, asked again to be removed. Contact me again and their will be some GDPR issues.

Same as other reviews, nothing received and no response on enquiry.

Paid for 'express delivery' today is the last day for delivery and order just shows as 'order received'. As per other reviews no response from them regarding delivery enquiry. Shame really, will have to initiate a charge back if no response, so frustrating when you pay extra for a quick delivery.

Updated - one week on, I have had a response from HeySmile, order was dispatched apparently yesterday (one week after ordering). Tracking info from Royal Mail says they are still yet to receive it. HeySmile have advised they have refunded the delivery charge but this will take up to ten days, what will arrive first, the item ordered or the delivery charge refund, place your bets! Perhaps neither at this rate.

Absolute waste of money

For the money paid the report was very generic, lacking information and now have overload of communications to get me to upgrade to get the information that was probably the interesting bits. Save yourself the money, I paid 79 pounds to find out I'm from England, can't get any linage information without paying more (they don't even give you an indication of what info you might get if you pay).

Woefull

Cannot fault them on how quick the sim came out or the porting of my number, however signal and speeds are pathetic, it's all very well giving people 30gb of data but at the speeds the network allow I doubt I will get even to 3gb. The fact the previous responses from Smarty say they will be adding in wifi calling to aid the woefull signal kind of tells you everything you need to know, they may as well just say we know our Network is crap so we need to leach off your broadband even though you have paid us for a service, disappointingly I will be changing back to my old provider as in this instance, you get what you pay for!

Hi Robert, it's a shame that SMARTY didn't work out for you on this occasion. As with any network, some areas will inevitebly have better coverage than others.

You are free to cancel at any time if you are finding that the service isn't for you. All you need to do is switch off auto-renew in your dashboard.

Poor Service so far! Updated

As I write this I should be doing so reviewing my bed ordered through Amazon Marketplace, however even with today being the latest date of delivery and after I had to chase them regarding delivery, I have now been advised that delivery will be Wednesday through their third party carrier Trident Logistics, the excuse given was its a big item and I'm based in Norfolk! Working in logistics myself and able to send pallet loads of goods throughout the UK on the same day this doesn't wash, even more inexcusable is the fact I had to chase, the mark of a good company is how they deal with issues and it is not good practise to fob off an excuse onto your carrier, if they can't do their job get a different company! I will review again should the goods be delivered!

Updated: goods did arrive albeit in very damaged packaging, however, after constructing the bed there was no actual damage and the bed is of very good quality, I would rate the product as 8/10 but please look at how you update customers, I would not have minded a later delivery date as long as I was kept informed.
