It's so ridiculously wrong, and so much effort to get them to update.

Train lines app is an absolute nightmare, often dates can be difficult to find and you can search for a specific coach only to book it and find the date of travel to be the day before/after this has happened to me twice today despite me being careful to check before purchase. Furthermore their customer service is a nightmare to navigate and if you try to request a refund you’ll either be denied or be on hold for hours on end.

I’d strongly advise looking elsewhere for booking your tickets, if not just go to the travel operators directly
