They are selling my personal data without my consent including my personal mobile and as a result I receive cold call night and day from third parties. I visited their site and there is no way I could find to complain to them. The cold callers confirmed they are buying it from this company

Terrible technology and overall

Terrible technology, the app didnt work payments were slow and when i changed device i got locked out of the account for days because the Biometric software used by the firm was not able to process my document even if all other banks had no issue. Then i got in touch with the terrible customer service to conclude a frustrating experience.

P.s. There is nothing to discuss at this point as i have reised a complaint which was closed down by you.
