Once your order has been processed, you’ll receive an Order Confirmation email that includes your tracking number.
To ensure the fastest and most secure delivery, some orders may be shipped in multiple packages (also known as split shipments), each with its own tracking number.
Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and APO addresses may take 2–3 weeks for delivery.
International orders may experience a delay of 5–7 business days before leaving the United States for customs preparation. Delivery timelines may vary based on customs processing and local carrier handling.

If your tracking information shows that your package has been marked as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend first checking around your property, including porches, side doors, garages, or mail areas. You may also want to check with household members, neighbors, or building or mailroom staff, as carriers may leave packages in secure or unexpected locations.
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered successfully delivered. Pure Romance is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package was stolen, please contact the carrier directly and/or your local authorities to file a report.
In some cases, and at our sole discretion, a one-time courtesy replacement or resolution may be offered. Courtesy replacements are not guaranteed and may not be available for repeat claims.

We want you to feel confident when shopping with Pure Romance. The policies below explain how returns, warranties, and undeliverable orders are handled so you know what to expect at every step.
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date, provided they meet our return requirements.
Lingerie must be unworn, in its original packaging, and have all tags attached. All other products must remain unopened and in their original, sealed packaging. Any return must include all original parts, cords, controls, and accessories.
Because of the intimate nature of our products, any item that has been opened is considered used and is not eligible for return. This policy is in place to protect the health, safety, and peace of mind of our customers and employees.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and items should be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Once your return is received and inspected, a store credit will be issued for the purchase amount. Refunds are not offered.

Pure Romance stands behind the quality of its products and offers a one-year limited warranty for manufacturing defects or material issues that affect a product’s functionality. The warranty period begins on the original purchase date.
This warranty does not cover cosmetic wear caused by normal use, damage resulting from accident, misuse, or neglect, or products that have been disassembled or altered. Taking a product or its accessories apart will void the warranty.
If a product is determined to be defective under the terms of this warranty, the issue will be resolved through an exchange or store credit for the original purchase amount. Store credit may be applied toward the purchase of a replacement product of your choice.
If a package is returned to Pure Romance due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, the order will be considered undeliverable.
In these situations, customers may choose to have the order reshipped after paying a new shipping fee or receive a refund for the product cost only. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Pure Romance can only process returns or exchanges for items purchased directly from pureromance.com.
If a purchase was made through a Pure Romance Vendor or on any website other than pureromance.com, the return or exchange must be handled through the original seller or that website’s return process.
