Facts about Kochosen:

The planets name comes from the Hebrew term “כוכב חוסן”, or “kochav hosen”, which translates to “Planet of Resilience” in English. Citizens of Kochosen (they are referred to as Kochosens[I’m keeping it simple]) are typically very patient and peaceful. Kochosen is a planet with similar traditions to the Jewish religion. Their version of it is that during a major war, a soldier (who later became the head priest and ruler of Kochosen) found a power source that helped the Kochosen army last 8 more days and win the war. Most Kochosens are Sun Celestial beings, with the sun representing the light that didn’t go out. The head Priest typically has 2-3 advisors. Kochosen was destroyed by an Hour of Joy maybe about a year before the destruction of Borealis, and most citizens were either killed or went into hiding

Backstory rundown:

Lucky’s uncle was the head Priest, and her mother had grown up very poor and had fallen in love with Lucky’s father, The head Priest’s brother and advisor. Lucky was 10 years old at the time of the Hour of Joy. The cultists attacked too quickly for anyone to stop them. Lucky’s father and uncle were killed during the Hour of Joy, and Lucky’s mother was left paralyzed and blind. After Lucky escaped, she threw herself into Space rider training, wanting to protect others so they didn’t go through what she went through. She graduated from Olympus academy at the age of 18, and became a Solo Space Rider. Lucky usually keeps to herself, but helps other Space rider teams when needed. Lucky often takes on special missions from Poppy

Lucky’s abilities:

-Sun Celestial: She can control light and solar energy. As a member of the higher class on Kochosen, Lucky was taught to control her powers at a very young age

-Singing: Most Kochosens are very good singers

-Weaponry: Lucky knows how to use a variety of weapons (her favorite is a plain ol’ stungun)

-She is very mature, but she has low patience

-If she was allowed to kill cultists, she would have a body count in the thousands Lucky don’t play
