THC-A ist eine Lücke im EU-Recht

Im Gegensatz zu THC, ist THC-A nicht von der EU reguliert. Es zählt so wie CBD zur Kategorie "Nutzhanf". Der THC Gehalt in den Produkten liegt unter 0,3, aber der THC-A Gehalt über 25%.
