about

This album was originally released in an extremely limited edition on cassette on The Dark Outside label in 2019. It sold out within the hour. Since then, there have been numerous requests to hear this album so here's your opportunity, now in full digital quality.

The album features two works otherwise unheard since the 1990s. Track one features an edit of my score for Jean-Luc Godard’s Alphaville (1999) which I performed live at the time in theatres. The second track features the soundtrack for a temporary exhibition at Tate Modern in London, focusing on the work of Jean-Luc Godard, the director of Alphaville.

“A dazzling amalgam of film noir and science fiction in which tough gumshoe Lemmy Caution turns inter-galactic agent to re-enact the legend of Orpheus and Eurydice in conquering Alpha 60.”
Tom Milne, Time Out Magazine London
