I’ve been buying from ARNE for around 5 years. The quality never fails and they provide clothes for any occasion. It’s clean, simple and stylish at the same time.

The only thing I’d like them to add is wide fit trainers. The shoes look great but they kill my feet no matter what size I get.

Wow so chuffed with this company from start to finish. Finally found straight leg jeans that are regular fitting- not high waisted or some silly balloon leg....The quality and price are excellent and I received my order within 24 hours of purchasing. Definitely on par with Zara quality and I'll definitely be keeping my eye on their clothes for future purchases 🤗 size wise I'm between an 8 and a 10 and went for a small. Medium would fit approx a larger 10-12 depending on where you put weight on just for reference if that helps anyone. Bought 3 pairs or jeans and trousers and every single one of them fit just right.

After the courier company losing my order, I contacted Arne to raise a concern of not receiving my items. The customer service I received was absolutely fantastic. They had the issue resolved and my order re-delivered within a 24 hour turnaround.

Fantastic customer service. I’d received a special discount code for being a loyal customer so I bought an item from Arne which arrived really quickly. However I’d ordered the wrong item. After highlighting my mistake to their customer services team via their WhatsApp channel they responded quickly and gave me another discount code to make the purchase I should have made which they didn’t have to do. Plus free returns for the item I ordered by mistake. Excellent service and would definitely recommend.

Emma deserves a pat on the back, she’s so approachable, friendly, kind which you can’t easily find in customer service. Her service was outstanding and she went out her way to solve our exchange problem and resolved it with the help of elliot in a timely manner and i thought they both deserve a mention.

I love the Arne product and with that I include their professional service as a company. I recently had an issue with an order being lost in transit and not being delivered. Arne dealt with it immediately and I was issued with a refund straight away, no quibbles. So great clothes and brilliant customer service, what more do you want from a company. Shame there is not more like them!!

I don’t normally write reviews, but this I feel is well earned.

I returned an order with three items this week and have only been refunded for two.

I came here to write a review and guess what, HUNDREDS of other customers have EXACTLY the same issue.

Now I don’t want to make accusations, but any impartial person reading the reviews would make the assumption that someone at the company is deliberately mishandling returns and refunds in order to gain something.

I have reached out to them on WhatsApp but no reply yet (it is weekend though), Should I get no reply I will go to my bank, but regardless, I am also going to trading standards and asking for a review of their processes and customer complaints. It is impossible that so many returns are mishandled by accident and to make things worse this has been going on for many months looking back at other customers.
