Tried to order from them 2 times with a year in between.
First time they wanted me to pay a much bigger shipping cost even after I had already paid the order. Had to cancel it.
Second time they cancelled my order after payment.
I have no idea why, I was never contacted to know what the problem was.

Me enviaron un papel de acuarela claramente defectuoso, de una buena marca, pero posiblemente, alguna partida no resultara adecuada. A todo el mundo le puede pasar, pero la respuesta de ARTEMIRANDA, ante mi pretensión de devolverles el papel, obviamente a falta de dos pequeños trozos que utilicé, y que me devolvieran el dinero, ha sido muy decepcionante. Las respuestas, las retrasan y dilatan de forma exaperante, me han pedido fotos, se las he enviado, me vuelven a pedir mas fotos, me preguntan cuanto papel he gastado etc. En definitiva, actitud cutre y poco atenta con un cliente habitual. Necesito el papel, por lo que tomo la decisión de comprarlo en otro establecimiento dejando de comprar en ARTEMIRANDA desde este momento.
Acabo de redactar este mensaje y, por fin, recibo noticias de ARTEMIRANDA, me devuelven el dinero tras devolverles el papel, eso si, sin ningún tipo de disculpa por los transtornos ocasionados. Persisto en mi decisión de no volver a comprar en este establecimiento.

Super magasin, très grand choix de produits : les huiles et médiums Michael Harding, les gouaches Holbein et Turner, les pinceaux Princeton et Silverbrush, les papiers Strathmore etc... Prix très compétitifs, stocks assurés et livraison dans l'EU ultra rapide (2 à 3 jours) et franco de port à un prix minimum très raisonnable.
Bref, que du bonheur pour les pros ! Je recommande vivement.

Ich habe bisher 3 mal bei Artemiranda.de bestellt. Ich bin zufällig auf diese Seite für Kunstartikel gestoßen und kann nur positives berichten. Nicht nur dass die Artikel oft etwas günstiger sind als in deutschen Shops, auch der Versand nach Deutschland ist kostenlos, obwohl die Ware extra aus Spanien komm! Und dafür ist sie wirklich schnell da! Ich bekomme die Ware in der Regel innerhalb von 3 bis 4 Tagen. Auch wenn man ein Problem hat, ist der Kundenservice sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Ich werde sicher wieder dort bestellen.

I really like Artemiranda.
I made an order and it arrived in 4 days.
Unfortunately in delivery there was a problem with one of the Pastel paper pads. I contacted Artemiranda and they were extremely helpful and resolved the problem. Thankyou Susana.
Artemiranda stock a very wide range of good quality art brands at reasonable prices and their delivery times are competitive with UK art supply companies.
I will definitely buy from them again.

I bought some Holbein granulating watercolour tubes and a hake watercolor brush from their online store this summer 2025. The prices are reasonably good, especially for certain items that aren't super widely available in EU or Finland. I believe the Holbein watercolour prices I looked at were lower than their main European competitors at the time.

In additional to professional brands, they also have some more budget friendly brands. And you get free shipping over 100€, and one of the payment options is Klarna, which are both always a plus for larger online purchases. And the Klarna option is a leg over some of their competitors in my opinion, since art supplies can get expensive, and it's often cheaper in the long run to buy them in larger quantities.

My package was shipped and delivered in a timely manner (free UPS home delivery), and I have no complaints. I'll definitely keep an eye on their sales, and buy again soon!

unfortunately a bad experience with this company. there were problems with the delivery of my order and it was returned to them, I still have not received a refund , two months have passed since my payment . I don’t have paper and I don’t have my money

It is legitimate, but not the best out there.

Por motivos de trabajo he vivido en varios países y siempre han sido mi tienda de confianza.
Su surtido es casi infinito, trabajan muchas cosas difíciles de encontrar en otras tiendas y a buen precio.
Lo mejor es su servicio de atención al cliente que te asesora y te atiende si hay algún problema

Gran variedad de productos a buen precio incluso con los gastos de envío. Pedidos muy bien preparados y envíos muy rápidos. Recomiendo esta tienda.

Empecé a comprar en esta tienda de arte por un amigo y profesor que siempre me la recomendaba por precio, por que siempre encuentras calidad y todo el material que necesitas.
Efectivamente, llevo ya tiempo comprando y nunca tengo ningún problema ni con los envíos, ni con el tiempo de entrega, ni con la atención recibida cuando tengo alguna duda, tanto por teléfono como por email.....
Son muy profesionales y de todas las tiendas que conozco, que son casi todas las que existen en Madrid, esta es la más eficaz. La recomiendo 100x100

Artemiranda fait payer des frais d'expédition, mais en cas de problème décline toute responsabilité.
J'ai essayé d'obtenir au minimum le remboursement des frais d'expédition en compensation de tout le temps perdu, mais aucune réponse de leur part.
Mieux vaut alors passer son chemin et trouver une autre adresse avec un service à la clientèle qui se soucie de sa clientèle.

Je suis client de artemiranda depuis juillet 2023 j’ai effectué plusieurs commandes et je suis super contente!!! Les pinceau, les papier d’aquarelle, les couleurs d’aquarelle extra fins - magnifique choix !!! Chez Artemiranda j’ai trouvé même les marques assez rares et presque introuvable d’ailleurs : Brushes Herend, aquarelle « Nevskaya palitra St Petersbourg, papier d’aquarelle Baohong et ect! Les prix sont très intéressants. Livraison en France super rapide 3-4 jours et gratuit à partir de 70€! Je recommande vivement ! 👏🏻
