Very satisfied customer been ordering from Ashton-Drake now maybe 10 years. Very good quality all the dolls and accessories are great in details. So grand kids grown, now buying for Great grandkids. Thank you.

I have posted a review previous about my negative experience in ordering. Now after having to place one order then cancel it and place it again over the phone and paying more for expedited shipping so it will arrive before my daughter's birthday. I was wold over the phone it would arrive Feb 9th and have been watching tracking. I still have not received my daughter's doll and it is now end of the day on February 10th. My daughter's birthday is the 14th and I'm worried her big gift won't be here and I spent a lot of money. I will always say if you are charging a substantial amount of money the customers should be happy. During this whole process I have been told that they don't offer any type of compensation for the hassle that the customer has to go through due to the company or workers. I will more than likely never order again because I have just had nothing but issues and they seem to not care about this.

I’m seeing monthly unauthorized charges on my credit card which I’m going to have to dispute with my bank.

Both my daughter and I ordered products for my granddaughter's Christmas presents. We received our orders in time for Christmas and Ashton-Drake.received payment in full. Within the past couple of days, we received notice that the already received/paid for items were being shipped to us AGAIN and money is being withdrawn from our accounts. We called their Customer Service, and they were of NO help. Now we have to wait for the item to arrive, call and ask for return labels and wait for our return of funds. I am out of $118 and my daughter is out $52. We will NEVER order from them again!

My granddaughters just love these lifelike dolls. They aren’t cheap but the quality is worth the money. I’ve purchased probably 10 dolls from Ashton-Drake every doll is just as the catalogue portrays it. They have a one year warranty but haven’t used it yet.

Ashton Drake website is so easy to maneuver. The pictures of the dolls are superb and makes it easy to make a purchase. The dolls are high quality and are exactly as described. I highly recommend Ashton Drake for all Doll collectors.

I think the size that is ordered my me was way toooo big for a small.
also the advertisement said soft & fluffy.
the material is very thin.
