Honestly the best case I have used I have had all 7 folds to date most are to big makes the phone not fit well in the hand This case makes it feel perfect you can not tell the difference between a bear phone our with this beautiful case on highly recommended for all folds

I ordered a Benks ArmorPro case for my iPhone 17 Pro and it turned out to be a bit loose. I contacted the customer care via email and informed them about the issue. They immediately sent me another unit. That's some great service.

I ordered two cases - one for IPhone 17 Pro, another one for IPhone 17 ProMax. Great quality product, feels really premium. And I had a very good experience dealing with the customer service.

Horrible experience and even a more horrible customer service. I ordered a case 2 weeks ago. They said they had an issue in delivery. Emailed them twice to no avail. The delivery supplier doesn't have any way to contact them. This is truely medieval service levels

This Benks case for iPhone is absolutely fantastic. The materials feel premium, the fit is perfect, and it offers great protection without adding bulk. It also looks very sleek and well-designed.

My unit had a small defect, but I have to say the customer support was outstanding. They replied very quickly and immediately offered to ship a replacement without any hassle.

I recieved a product with a minor defect and reached out to benks for a resolution. The support team immediately responded and provided a solution to my issue which I was completely satisfied with. Support was polite and helpful.

Ordered Grand Combo Aurora Armor Air case for Fold 7. Great quality and very good customer service. I had some issue with one of the covers and they immediately agreed to replace it. I am a repeat buyer.

After a lot of communicating with the customer service department, I am happy to say that I received the product that I ordered. Two things that I find to be negative are there is no phone number to contact customer service. The end delivery people are the ones who stole my product the first time. I don't believe that the company would ship an empty box. I'm glad to have received my product, but would be hesitant to order here again, even though things turned out alright. Good luck.

Great quality an durability, I have had benks cases for several iPhones and they are great, the fit and the looks are perfect, maybe not the ultimate protección, but if you are careful with your phone, the Kevlar cases are more the enough.
Would recommend.

Not only is the front/back combo case and the magnetic grip for my zfold7 awesome, so was customer service.

I had an issue with the front piece of the case and in less than 24 hours, I had a response, and shortly after that, an apology and info regarding them shipping out a new piece.

I see a lot of complaints here, but I have had 0 issues. On top of everything else, this phone grip works with my magsafe car mount. The other brand not only was cumbersome, but was super inconvenient and didn't work with the car mount.

Ich bin überzeugt von den Handyhüllen von Benks! Die Passform ist wirklich klasse und die Qualität ordentlich. Sie bestehen aus solidem Kevlar, was nicht nur für einen herausragenden Schutz sorgt, sondern auch die Hüllen leicht und handlich macht.

Ursprünglich war ich skeptisch, ob ich direkt (also unabhängig von Amazon etc.) in China bestellen sollte, insbesondere angesichts des preislichen Aufwands. Die Hüllen sind zwar im oberen Preissegment angesiedelt, doch für mein neues Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7, das über 2000 € kostet, wollte ich keinen billig wirkenden Silikon-Bumper für 5 € verwenden. Ich benötigte einen ordentlichen Schutz, und ehrlich gesagt, wurde ich positiv überrascht.

Der Kundenservice von Benks hat mir bei einem kleinen Problem schnell und effizient geholfen, was einen großen Unterschied macht. Dennoch habe ich ein paar Anmerkungen: Die Materialqualität der Kanten könnte etwas besser sein. Reine Aluminumschienen wären hier wünschenswert.

Ein Aspekt, der mir auch aufgefallen ist, betrifft die Informationen über die Produkte auf benks.com. Ich wünsche mir hierbei präzisere Details, insbesondere wie in meinem Fall darüber, welche Displayschutzfolie ich bspw. verwenden kann, ohne den "Front-Frame", also Rahmen auf der Vorderseite des Smartphones abzunehmen. Diese Rückmeldung habe ich aber bereits an das Support-Team weitergegeben.

Trotz dieser kleinen Kritikpunkte kann ich Benks aus meiner gemachten Erfahrung mit dem Unternehmen jedem empfehlen, der eine robuste und stilvolle Handyhülle sucht und sich natürlich auch Support wünscht, wenn erforderlich. Ich war tatsächlich etwas überrascht für die teils sehr negativen Bewertungen aus anderen Ländern.

Ein großes Lob an das gesamte Team für den hervorragenden Service und das durchdachte Produktdesign!

I have been purchasing Benks products from the iPhone 15 pro max not only cases but also power banks, wallets etc. I have had 2 cases having fitting issues in which the awesome customer support team replaced them quickly requesting only a photo of the issue. My 16 pro max case has been through a lot and looks brand new and has kept the phone in perfect condition which is great. Benks is a company that respects its customers and that counts for a lot. There products are high quality and the feel of the product does not disappoint.

The recent purchase had a defect. On contacting Benks support, I am happy to say that they care for their customers.
A new phone cover already being processed by them. Good quality products and fantastic service.

Do not trust this company. Refuses to resolve the damaged delivery item, I can't use and out of pocket. I have written to their customer care department, and yet no answer or reply or resolution. Buyer beware, buying at your own peril when dealing with this Chinese company; once they have your money, that's it. I am now going to open a claim via my payment method.
