Regarding the mesh strap adjustment, I sincerely apologise for the inconvenience. While many customers are able to adjust the strap using household tools, we understand this might not always be straightforward. It’s a shame you didn’t contact us first, as we would have been more than happy to assist you - either by providing extra guidance or sending you a tool you can use.
I’m also concerned to hear that the dial appears wonky. This should not be the case, and we want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your watch. If you could kindly send us a photo of the dial, our team will assess it right away. If it turns out there is a defect, we will happily arrange a replacement for you.
Regarding the case back, please note that we use screw-on case backs, which means it is normal for them not to align in exactly the same way on every watch. This is a standard feature of this type of construction and does not affect the performance or quality of the watch.
