The car boot liner for the Volvo XC60 hybrid we bought is very flimsy! Really disappointed. The grips are quite poor too. The pram keeps sliding in the boot when we drive.

Having purchased from Carmats4u via amazon over 18 months ago, still very pleased with the standard mats. Drivers mat only showing a little wear around the Heal Protection. Decided to go for the upgrade to the platinum thickest pile with the dual trim. Only just managed to get around to placing them in the car today. Wanted to do a proper vacuum round before switching. Weather has not been kind. Makes you realise the difference between the piles. Part of the dual trim is slighter than expected, due to the thicker pile having a little overlap. This no doubt will change in time. They certainly stand out. Communication was very good after ordering. Glad there was a sale at the time, which made them more affordable. Missed having selected the stain protection. Emailed and got a fast response from Jamie. Rang back with my card details and the protection was duly added. Since, I wanted to go for boot mat upgrade. Maybe I can look at that option again down the line. Will be of course keeping the previous mats to use maybe, during servicing or Mot work.

I ordered standard car mats for my wife's Vauxhall Crossland Ultimate. They arrived within 4 days and fitted perfectly. What do they say? Happy wife, happy life!!

I’ve called and I was advised to take pictures and videos of the mats in the car which I did no one has reached out to me . The back seat mats do not fit they’re very long and looks ridiculous . I sent this and still no one has reached out 😔

I ordered premium mats and a boot liner with carpet inlay and bumper protector for my Hyundai Tucson and paid for next day delivery. I rang to chase and it took me 4 calls to actually get through without being cut off. When I got to speak with them the assistant was efficient and very helpful. She refunded my next day delivery charge.

I had problems with delivery, my courier was changed from DPD to EVRI whose tracking info was worse than useless and you can't get to speak with anyone.

When my order finally arrived, I was excited to get them into my car but unfortunately I was really disappointed. For the amount i spent and all the good reviews, I expected a perfect product.
Upon inspection and placing in the car I felt the quality was not as good as i expected. Mats and boot liner not fitting perfectly. Boot liner carpet damaged and not fitting perfectly. The bumper protector was good.

I contacted customer services who sent me instructions on how to return which I did and my refund was processed in a reasonable time. EVRI's tracking was still showing as not delivered back even a week after pick up from the post office.

I bought a set of car mats and boot liner, after a week late on the delivery the package arrived which had clearly been tampered with (warehouse/distribution) took photos immediately before opening package.
Opened up to find the boot liner missing,sent email and photos to customer services waited 3 days for a reply to be told the boot liner was in the box when it left them and there was nothing more they could do!!!!

Great choice of car mats and of good quality. Ordering was straight forward and customer services were excellent.
I had to amend my order after paying for my mats as I realised that I required fittings for the passenger mat. This was dealt with efficiently. Would definitely recommend this company.

This seems to be one of those companies where my experience doesn't seem to match others. I'm really struggling to find any decent car mats, a lot I have bought recently last months whereas years ago I've bought "cheap" mats that last years and years. So I decided to buy some mats from here for £55 which I consider to be expensive for non oem.

The mats were missing a clip - which was quickly resolved - I found the material a bit "odd" thick, but not really a quality feel. Also the pile seemed to be affected oddly - leaving imprints. After 3 months the pile has started to ruck and bobble, these aren't going to last.

I also got added to the daily e-mail list (you can unsubscribe - but still!!!)
