RUN!!!! This company is undoubtedly not even legitimately registered. My loan was covered under a consumer debt proposal. The consumer debt proposal was not disputed by Diamond Loans. Because they started calling, texting and emailing repeatedly, I decided to pay the loan anyways even though I was not legally required to. They sent me a text saying I owe $124.74 but they would close the loan for $100. I sent the $100 and they then sent me a statement showing I STILL owed $124.74. These people are criminal.

We honestly could not have asked for a better mortgage advisor than Abby.

From start to finish, Abby has been exceptional — knowledgeable, calm, responsive, and genuinely invested in making sure everything went smoothly for us. Our situation involved overseas issues, our age, and plenty of moving parts, yet nothing ever felt like too much trouble for her.

She explained everything clearly, stayed on top of every detail, and was always one step ahead — which gave us so much peace of mind during what can be a very stressful process.

If you are looking for someone who is professional, proactive, and truly cares about her clients, Abby is outstanding. We are incredibly grateful for her support and would recommend her without hesitation.

This nightmare won’t end. They started taking out payments in the wrong amounts whenever they felt like it and wouldn’t stop so I had to put a stop payment in place. Then they refused payment arrangements and accused me of fraud and began the harassment including calling my workplace which is illegal. They’re on the consumer protection act warning list btw. Both for Ontario and have a complaint in british Columbia. They text and call endlessly ignoring harassment laws. They’ve refused to comply with privacy laws to release my contract information to break down the fees. They refuse to give me a manager on the phone or by email. And they weekly pull out whatever random payment they then charge me nsf fees which they’re not entitled to. Only posting facts.

I applied for loan with this company. I was approved signed the contract there was a block on me that was removed sent them a ton of emails and never got a new contract sent or even a reply to any emails they are terrible.

Stay away from these crooks. They non-stop harass you, phone you, email you, text you multiple times even though you made arrangements with them. They are rude and they are crooks

If an unexpected situation arises and they don't recieve a scheduled payment for a loan they don't offer options they contact your employer and references.

The communication back and forth with the agents made the experience smooth. What they say they will do. Just follow the process and you will get funded! Website issues aside, they are on email early am to late pm and by phone. It works and I am truly grateful for the company that they are. MJ

I have been dealing with this company for many years and EVERYTHING you say is true!!! Why would I?? Desperate times call for desperate measures. But yes..,they are exactly how everyone says. No compassion, empathy. They actually laugh at all of this. Truth be told I ran into an ex of one of them and she told me EVERYTHING. They thrive on this. Pathetic how to EVERY negative response is the sane thing. Over and over and over and oyand over and over.,, wait..,kinda like them?!! Authorities are on their ass people. Keep it up!!! Do what needs to be done

Nah the website no longer works lol then tried to tell me i had to pay 800 something after I told em I was wanted to make arrangements scammmmerrrrrrs and frauddddd will never ever go back with them there awful

Horrible company, if you took out a loan they are operating WITHOUT a license....STAY AWAY

They told me I was approved and I signed the contract and then they told me my name was blocked on the internet for loans and I needed to get my name un- blocked to receive a contract to sign…..very sketchy!!! I had issues with them in the spring of 2025 I should have known better then to go back here. Nothing but a hassle….☹️

I am writing to formally express my concerns regarding an agent named Anne, who has been contacting me excessively following a missed payment.
Despite having made the necessary payment, l have been receiving up to 10 calls and 10 messages per day from Anne. During these communications, she has been unprofessional and has not identified herself properly.
Additionally, she has disclosed sensitive information without confirming my identity, which I find highly inappropriate and concerning.
I kindly request that you address this matter promptly. I expect that all future communications will be handled with professionalism and respect for my privacy.
Please consider this a formal complaint and take the necessary steps to ensure that such behavior does not continue.

Just asked them to shut off auto pay which is legally right and I told them I was going to be emailing money transferring them. Then was told to stop playing the victim here and pay them now or give them new banking details… I told them no…. And they have sent threating emails…

Please don't play the victim card here, you closed your account and insists to stop the loan without sending the missed payment and the new banking detail. collections will call you at work. thanks

The payment will be made but they are saying they won’t cancel the auto pay!!! Avoid this company at all cost another email I received from them

we can't stop the auto payment unless you pay it all off. otherwise, your account will be assigned to collections

Legally they have to stop the payment if you ask!!

Please please read all the terrible reviews and see that all the 5 star are all the same they are obviously fake!!!!!

If you need to borrow from anyone do Mogo or my Canada payday they are amazing…. Diamond loans are terrible you will be harassed even when you pay. They are terrible terrible people don’t research, I sure wish I did

I am convinced the 5 star reviews are from them. I applied and was approved. I signed the contract and then heard nothing - received nothing. I called and also filled out their contact us form - where it does state that they will get back to you within the hour - and I am still waiting.....ridiculous and awful customer service. I guarantee they will write on this review that they cannot discuss personal information on this review - I would like a response to email then? How about that? Terrible company - even worse customer service.

Absolutely horrible company! I had to call the police on them as they wouldn't stop calling my workplace, that's when they blacklisted my name.

I now have a new bank account and somehow they got my account information - which I definitely didn't provide to them. They illegally took money from my account which is theft. Another situation with police involvement. STAY FAR FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY!!

Awful predatory company that harassed me non-stop even when told to stop.
Filed for harassment and for fraud.
Incessant calls, texts from multiple numbers from an individual named "Jasper" some Filipino who threatened me and my co-workers regarding a consumer proposal.
If you read this Jasper here is some legal knowledge for you:
"Filing a consumer proposal in Canada provides legal protection from debt collectors by immediately triggering a "stay of proceedings" under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, which halts most collection efforts for unsecured debts. Creditors are prohibited from contacting you, garnishing wages, or taking further legal action. This protection remains in effect while the proposal is processed, and it legally binds creditors to the terms of the approved proposal. "
