Amazing. It was my first holiday package experience with easyJet. And hopefully not the last . The experience was very smooth, very organised, easy enough - some information I wish was a little easier to navigate but defo a very lovely experience. Staff are attentive friendly and helpful. The cabin crew were amazing, their manager (same on both inbound and outbound) very engaging character never come across such a warm cabin crew - it was a challenging flight for them and the passengers from Hurghada with a few unwell people but it was handled very well! Even tho I froze because the temperature had to be lowered.

Easy jet are in my experience have always delivered a great service.Transfers sometimes a bit iffy but not a problem

Amenities provided at the hotel were more than if we booked direct with the hotel. Very economic parking charges and competitively priced holiday. Good information and care after booking the holiday

Cannot recommend easyJet holidays enough! We stayed in Hotel Timoulay in Agadir and it was fantastic, staff were friendly and the room was amazing! The whole booking process was super easy and our holiday rep in Agadir was really helpful in getting activities booked for us. Will definitely be booking another one!

This is the second EasyJet holiday I've been on and I wouldn't hesitate to book another. The booking process was straightforward and the flights were on time. The hotel itself surpassed expectations. The hotel was modern and well placed within the resort. The food was a buffet which offered a great choice of hot and cold meals.
The hotel staff were all friendly and helpful. Check in was quick and smooth. Our room was large and had the pool view we were expecting.

Flew from Manchester to fuerteventuar, resort was clean and staff very helpful and friendly. EasyJet information via text or email was superb. Only one thing, they advertise double beds but none of the rooms at Globales Costa Tropical in Costa de Antigua have them, great contraception!! Weather was beautiful and we would return.

Easyjet holiday was fabulous, easy to communicate , make payments. Holiday experience was fantastic great location, staff , weather, food catered for vegans, gad day and evening entertainment.Only let down was special assistance abroad in airport but it always seems to be same when it comes to security dontcrecohnise and ques not labelled.

Easy to find 3 day trip including flights and hotel via app. Excellent flight times, each flight exactly on time. Hotel 10 mins drive from airport and 10 mins drive to town. Can’t fault EasyJet holidays.

Only downside is poor bus links from hotel to town. Well over an hour to walk with no facilities if needed.

It was the first time we have used Easy Jet holidays. A very positive experience. Great flight, seamless transfer and a gem of a hotel in Prague. Beautiful City. The only thing that let the holiday down was Manchester Airport and it's poor signage for terminal 2 parking!

Easyjet is by far the best holiday company out there at the moment, they have a brilliant special assistance team and their prices for package holidays are easily beating other holiday companies.

We booked this as a cheap winter get away.

Everything we expected from the break and exceptional weather

The staff at Cristian Sur Partments were superb, we requested a late check out room and they did everything they could to deliver this.

2 of the pools were heated, which has only just been installed, however with the sun strength and outside temperature, the pools at circa 30 degrees was too warm.

I 've just returned from my first Easyjet holiday from Belfast to Maspalomas, Gran Canaria, staying at the four star Servatur Waikiki Hotel. From check in to my return, my trip was faultless. The flights both outward and return were on time and the staff were professional and friendly. I was escorted to my transfer coach as soon as I arrived in Las Palmas. My hotel was excellent. Apart from the rooms being a little dated and tired, the hotel was exceptional. I paid €105 to upgrade my room to have access to a fridge, kettle and pool view. My stay was on a half board basis. The hotel breakfast was exceptional with regards to setting, choice of food, standard of food and service. I have stayed at five star hotels in the past and this hotel breakfast experience easily exceeded five star standards. The hotel had excellent gardens and pool areas with plenty of sunbeds and kids play areas. There was also a gym and outdoor jacuzzi. There were entertainment both daytime and evenings and reception was manned 24 hours. I received reassuring email updates from Easyjet containing contact telephone numbers and details, should I require assistance whilst I was on holiday. My return transfer was seemless as I was able to monitor the progress of my pick up transfer coach through a link on my Easyjet pick up details email. My experience of my first Easyjet holiday was an excellent one from beginning to end. I will, without hesitation, use Easyjet to holiday again and highly recommend anyone considering a holiday to do the same.

Great Easyjet Holiday from Southend airport, easyjet kept us updated with coach transfers and flight information. Tenerife, Spring Arona Gran hotel was first class, amazing food and quality stay all good.

The correspondence from EasyJet is excellent and our flight going out, transport to the resort and the MYND hotel itself was excellent.
However, our experience returning home was marred by a long standing wait to board the home flight. There was no explanation or reason for the delay and no apology. The aircraft staff were lovely once we finally boarded. The problems were definitely with the ground staff.

easyJet holidays are proving to be excellent at what they do. Good airport and flight experience, great hotels, excellent to deal with over the phone when required, and all at very good value for money. We've now become easyJet Plus members as a result of several great holidays so can't see us using anyone else going forward.
