Great customer service 🫶 Delicious dose

When I got my package of what was suppose to be coffee and creamer but instead was a t-shirt, I called customer service. They responded quickly, asked me to send pics. They then apologized and sent out a replacement. I'm always happy with the coffee and now very happy with service. Thank you

I made a mistake on an order I had made and put in the wrong address and I thought oh no I'm not going to get this now. I've messed up so I emailed everyday dose customer service and let them know what I had done and whether or not I needed to cancel the order and they got back to me within 5 minutes and told me that they would escalate that to the shipping department and then they got back to me within 10 minutes of the first email I received and had already taken care of it for me so I didn't miss anything and to show their appreciation for me being a customer. They even added some things to my next order which I thought was pretty neat. So I'm super excited to try this. I've already heard good things about it from my other friends, so definitely worth the try

Great product very friendly and helpful service, i accidentally picked Mild and immediately contacted support who responded almost instantly and helped me and was very friendly going above and beyond.

Their customer service is always super responsive. I received one package that was damaged in my subscription and they sent me a replacement immediately. I love that when you send an email to customer service you get a response back really quickly and from a real person that is helpful and thoughtful.

I really enjoy the mushroom coffee it tastes so good, Dose blew my mind, I thought it was going to be totally different. It tastes really good, and it does not make my stomach hurt. I feel great drinking it daily.

Everyday Dose is so awesome. I have ADHD and take stimulants daily to treat it. Usually, those come with a crash. I tried ED on a whim from Target and then forgot it and went back to normal coffee. I started crashing again. 🤣🫣 I re-upped ED during Black Friday and I'm all in now. Mild, Medium, Matcha. They're all DELICIOUS and EFFECTIVE. It's a background sort of effect, you don't notice what ED is doing for you until you stop drinking it daily. Less brain fog, nice morning boost then even energy through the day, easier to focus.
Beyond just the benefits of the coffee, I've contacted customer service twice. Once for an item that was supposed to be in the Black Friday bundle and once for help with my subscription, and both times the representative was able to help me in a single interaction. No back and forth, no trying to get out of rectifying a mistake. Just making things right. Their CS reps have been empowered to make their customers happy, they don't need to check with a supervisor or anything, they just take care of business.

My father accidentally spilled my coffee along with the branded container they mailed me for my subscription and I contacted support and they were very friendly and understanding. Support was able to get back to me and order me a replacement cup and another coffee order for FREE which was amazing and everydaydose has become a part of my daily routine and I’m glad I didn’t have to wait till next month to receive more of it, the subscription is a little bit pricey but totally worth it in the long run.

This coffee is absolutely amazing! It keeps my going all day, without the afternoon crash. I feel more focused and able to conquer my day. This is the only coffee I will now drink and I am a die hard coffee drinker so making that switch is a big deal to me! If you haven’t tried Everyday Dose, you need to!

I’ve been using Everyday Dose coffee and I absolutely love it! It keeps me regular, really helped my gut health, and gives me clean, steady energy throughout the day. As a mom of two, that extra energy makes a big difference for me. I definitely recommend it!

I’ve been using Everyday Dose for over a year now and it’s become a daily ritual for me. It’s great to have on its own, but I like to mix it with my protein in the morning to make a protein coffee. I also used to throw a spoon into my overnight oats. The product is very versatile! I recently had issues with my packages getting lost through incompetent delivery drivers and the customer service team were extremely understanding and helped me get my packages delivered properly. Fabiana from customer service was a great help and I can’t recommend Everyday Dose enough. Great team and amazing coffee

You see, like everyone else im trying to save money. But unlike everyone else I'm 2 days away from my 1st YEAR of SOBRIETY. This company actually is more to me than just coffee and GREAT SKIN. It's a support network. Its inspiration. I'm a residential advisor in the same recovery house of the program I went through almost a year ago, so inspiration is what I look for🥰
So when i wanted to cancel 2 of my 3 subscriptions, and keep the cheapest one, i was immediately met with a response. With kindness. With coffee, and a chance to share a little💜

I love the product for starters. It’s a great way to jumpstart myself for the day, and it lasts all day long too. Recently I had an order mix up. Everyday Dose made it more than right with a compassionate and understanding response to my issue as well as getting my correct order shipped out in a timely manner. I have never felt more “heard & understood” when dealing with order issues. I appreciate Everyday Dose now more than ever! Two thumbs wayyyyyy tf up! 👍 👍

After a delivery debacle with my box being opened and items missing, the team at everyday dose responded immediately and have already shipped me a replacement. Customer service is beyond stellar! I’ll come back in a month and edit my review but as of right now I like the way it tastes, I’m hoping it improves my energy and makes my nails grow😂
