Great costumer service, prompt and communicated often awesome to do business with!!

My apologies for the delay. I just finished the new complete A/C install on 1/23/26
So far from what I can tell since I only had 2 hot days before the cold snap & even with the unit operating in the heat pump mode. There does not seem to be any type of dimming or flickering lights. No notice of any type of power surge when the unit comes on. Do not even hear or notice the unit comes on inside the house unless you are right by the air handle or all of a sudden feel the air movement in the house.
Everything seems to be working very well with the Micro-Air EasyStart system

Astonishingly rude customer service. These guys are drop shippers, so when a shipping issue occurs, and if you look on their google reviews, it happens often; they are incredibly dismissive, intentionally cryptic, and just flat out rude. They won’t return calls when they say they will. They do not give a single care in the world about treating the customer right when an issue with an order occurs. All they care about is the markup they’re going to receive. You are rolling the dice if you place an order. Sure, if everything goes to plan you will get your order, but do your research. This company buries their bad reviews. Their cheap prices are a trap, don’t do it. It’s worth the extra money to buy from a legitimate dealer. STAY AWAY from these nasty people. My generator came as described and in perfect condition! At the assigned time they said. And maybe I just got lucky with the delivery driver, He backed a 40 ft trailer all the way up our driveway approx. 400yds tight country driveway and did not get off the gravel.

I’m using the paper slicer for handmade book binding and is has greatly sped up the both precutting the paper and the trimming stage. Im happy with how clean the cuts are.

Great customer service made sure I was getting what I needed for size of house and region

Bought a PCP compressor , had it 30 days and it quit working. They send me a email 4 days with two videos on me taking the thing apart, and trying to fix these issues myself, so then I do that and it doesn’t work, but then they tell me to take it apart again and send them a video of me doing what they asked to do. Parts were coming out of areas I had no
Clue where they went and the lines wouldn’t go back on correct and they told me they won’t send a replacement until I send them a video. I don’t leave reviews but this one is well deserved. Insane to make a customer go through this much trouble. You’d think they would ask for the product back and then they could send a replacement or fix this themselves. Will never use them again

I ordered a Duromax 13,000 watt generator which was posted on their site as being on sale for $799, plus an additional $50 coupon. I placed my order that morning then later received a call from “Angel,” who stated there was a pricing discrepancy and they were not willing to honor the advertised price. This left me only the choice of a refund or a more expensive generator. I advised Angel that I felt they needed to honor the deal they made, he refused. Definitely won’t be doing any dealings with this business in the future.
