$1,500 was placed in my account. I woke up and had a larger balance. I wrote customer service noting the issue and thanking Findmining for the bonus. Everything seemed fine. However, three days before the $1,500 contract I bought with this bonus was completed I received a notice from Find Mining that I had to contact customer service because there were some issues with my account. See below. Because I had used the money that was put into my account to purchase a contract, my account was being suspended. The only option was to deposit an additional $1,500. I referenced my previous conversation with ChatAI. It meant nothing. I offered to just take out the funds I had deposited and leave the rest, but this option was denied.

My account is frozen. I cannot log in. I cannot take money out. This is definitely a Scam, which I am sorry to say because I can use some extra passive income. Oh, and I am going to get sued for harassing the Chatbot. AND Customer Service (the Chatbot) said I am going to HELL!

It’s a scam! I put some money in and when I tried to take some of it out it was denied and 1500 extra ended up in my account. Then they told me I had to add 1500 to get the balances correct. When I told them I don’t have 1500 to add to the account they said there is nothing they can do. It’s a scam and I have over 2k on my account. After writing this, they locked my account and all the funds are gone! When I try to log into account, it says you need to contact support team. I have emailed them 8 times with no response. Total scam!!

Deposited $3639.66 in Sep 2025 and been doing contracts until now. Today was the first time I wanted to withdraw a bit back and I asked their customer service for assistance. I was advised accordingly, yet after withdrawal process there was all of a sudden $9850 extra in my account(pretty much exactly what I have made since joining) and my withdraw failed. I asked customer service what's happening and they said because I tried to withdraw with the unusual amount (that all of a sudden appeared in my account) that I now need to deposit $9850 into my account so that it clears. I explained I don't have that kind of money. I was asked how much I have and I advised $2000 which they now say they will accept as a minimum payment for them to assist in resolving the matter. So now I am stuffed

They rewrite the fine print of contracts and make them VIP with an obligation you can't keep. That's how they get you, you can purchase the same contract over and over and then they rewrite the fine print and plan on you not reading it every time. And even if you do read it, they change the contract after you purchased it and say they didn't, I have screen shots to prove it. They then hit you with a breech of contract, lock your account and take your money. They demand you pay more money to unlock your account. You may get a month or two out of them unless you do withdrawals in which case they will speed up the process.
