Nightmare.
So many glitches. Their promise to have events and donor combined and seamless is laughable.
Would never recommend to anyone to switch to.
Our non profit has had more headaches since our transition.
If you need support - You'll get an hour, that's it. Then it's a ping pong and waiting game for the issues to be resolved.
