Rayn has been such a hauge help today, we had a credit card issue with having double payments go through and he was able to help us get it sorted out and get refunds sorted out.

Ryan explained exactly what I needed to do and I was able to complete my transition quickly and accurately.

Ryan was so helpful and kind. He took his time explaining when we had questions, even when we asked the same thing over. He was very patient and understanding. Ryan resolved our issue.

I called Fronstream and spoke to a customer service representitive named Ryan Masso. He was so knowlegable about fixing my issue. It took all of 3 minutes and he fixed everything. He was friendly and his customer service skills were excellent. I hope he answers my call in the future. He was GREAT!

Nightmare.

So many glitches. Their promise to have events and donor combined and seamless is laughable.

Would never recommend to anyone to switch to.

Our non profit has had more headaches since our transition.

If you need support - You'll get an hour, that's it. Then it's a ping pong and waiting game for the issues to be resolved.

I'd like to commend him on his patience with me as the I know questions/requests I had for him were provided in a confusing manner, yet he was thankfully able to make sense of them and quickly provide me with the answers and information I was looking for.

Fast response and very professional

Justo Puente was so fast, kind, and understanding. He had my issue resolved in only a few hours vs everyone else, which takes a few days!

Ryan did a great job of helping me get around the ArgoFire system. He help me with a couple refunds for a customer and help walk me through where to find it and access it for myself in the future. He helped me feel assured and confident in choosing their company.
