Super easy process. Guesstimated my phone value based on my description, gave me a pre-paid label and after the received it paid me on the same day. Only time I’ve ever done this but I wish I would have known before because often I just toss the old phone or put it in a drop box somewhere.

Seller blocked me on eBay for asking for serial number for cellular iPad. Purpose is for me to check repair history and blacklist. I am a previous customer.

Dropped it off at USPS. Done! It took a few days for them to receive my package, then a couple days to review my phone and pay directly to my bank account. I would highly recommend.

I sold my iPhone 13 to gadget pick up for $262. The battery was not as in good condition as they needed . Please check your battery before making a deal with them. They were a stand-up company at the end I received $200.

Best upfront price online, but the final offer gets lowballed. They make up flaws and dock way too much for battery health. Would be cheaper to have the battery replaced and sell to someone else. Beware.

They also hold the phones hostage, quite possibly until you agree with them, which I have not done. I refused their offer.

Shipping was pretty fast to get to the destination. The team inspected it super quick and reached out about how I’d like to get paid. Got the money within 2 days and I’m very happy for that. Thank you!
