I knew exactly what I wanted, found it on the your website, arranged to buy it but a day later I was told that it had been sold already. Big disappointment for me. Two days later Jack came back to me, said the deal had fallen apart and that I could have to watch. I snapped it up immediately and within 7 days it was on my wrist. This was a BIG issue for me as 3 days before I contacted you, some very professional their had stolen mine off my wrist and I was heartbroken as of all my watches, this was my favorite. Thank you for contacting me the second time. I am very pleased with your service and your thoughtfulness to message me the 2nd time that the watch would in fact be available to me.

Not a great experience! Shipping time was late and I had to inquire about the status and was given inaccurate information from the concierge.

Bezel provides legit comfort in the watch buying experience. You get consistent communication from the minute you purchase all the way through the authentication and shipping process. The customer service experience was above what I expected and I received a call from David, a client advisor, on my vintage watch. He ensured the sizing of the band would work for me and even provided an update that the hands had been replaced and were not original which could be a big deal to certain collectors. I am sold on Bezel and have opted to use their great insurance offering as well. Bezel is truly a one stop shop for all of your watch purchasing/selling/insuring needs.

The whole process from my offer being accepted, to authentication, to receiving the watch was shockingly easy and fast. Will definitely buy again!

The band was different from the original one. There was no mention of this. Nothing was done to satisfy this.

Days after I was the highest bidder on an auction item, during the item status “delivered to Bezel”, the exact same item, not a duplicate, went under live auction again.

I did eventually receive the item. And it was packaged well. The watch was beautiful.

Great service

Product was delivered in the expected condition, something essential for this platform to exist. Also, customer service was prompt and friendly through the chat. Item received and authenticated by Bezel in approximately 1 week, hindered by inbound shipping delays. Once received, it took ~3 days to be listed as authenticated, then I reached out inquiring about tracking to find that it had already been delivered.
Ultimately, the tracker should be improved to let buyers know when the item has shipped, with a tracking number, to not leave customers guessing. Additionally, fees are a bit high. Other than those slight issues, the experience was great and I’ll likely be returning for another watch.
