Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. I asked to cancel my order has it hasn't been shipped a week later. Was told no Catherine Patten in the chat function. I found her very rude. I want my money back I wouldn't of ordered if I had known they were out of stock of items I have emailed and tried to ring I am completely being ignored.

Unhappy with service
I ordered on 5th January & still havn’t received my items. When I track my order number it shows that my ‘goods have been damaged during transport’ yet no one has been in touch to update me on my order & send a replacement or provide a refund.
I’ve still not received any reply from lookfantastic as claimed in the comment below.

When my initial order arrived there was…
When my initial order arrived there was an item missing from the order. I contacted the company who apologised for the oversight and sent the missing item by Express Post so it arrived in time for Christmas. They have been efficient and have communicated well with me.
