What customer service? Where’s my tracking information?…
Hurriedly placed an order and didn’t notice the zip code for delivery was auto filled incorrectly with the wrong code. Contacted customer service as soon as I received the confirmation email with the order details about 36 hours after placing the order. My account was debited the full amount with 4 hours of placing the order. I contacted customer service to get more information and see what could be done since I had not received any shipping information. I received the following email response: “Sorry to hear that.
We have already shipped your order.
Address changes are generally not supported.
Perhaps you can contact the carrier to change the address when the package is almost due.
If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.”
I have Not received any shipping information so how can I contact the shipper when I don’t know that, or when it shipped, I have No tracking number, and don’t know where it shipped from or the expected delivery date.
Based on this, I wouldn’t order from them again. They’re really good at slamming you with emails about buying more, joining a club, but not good at customer support.
