The first week I instantly felt a MAJOR difference then after one week. I guess it became more of a placebo effect. I finished one month today. I ordered for two more months, I want a full 90 day test to accurately review. For now I'll give a 4/5 because I do feel a major difference when I first took it.

Menerals has been fantastic since I started purchasing them. Feeling more energetic and just overall better has been more than I could ask for.

Not only is the supplement great but so is their support. They recently released the ability to purchase a 6 or 12 month supply and I jumped on the 12 month. Like an idiot my PayPal address was an old address of mine that i haven’t lived at for years. Menerals took care of me without any question and already put in an order to reship. I could not be happier and they have a customer for life!

Ok, so I started with a one month supply on subscription. I did the entire month, I felt great! But I had to get a surgery so I stopped all supplements at the advice of my DR, I had absolutely no problem putting my account on hold and stopping the next order. So seeing these folks talking about not being able to cancel sounds like they may be doing something wrong as it was easy to do. I'm well into my second month and restarted my subscription for monthly delivery.
I noticed a difference within a week when I started taking menerals again. The energy is great and not jittery and my mood is fantastic.
I have to say that I have tried creatine off and on and it seems it has some kind of synergy with menerals, but workouts are awesome and definitely contribute my overall mood to menerals! Great product and I highly recommend giving it at try for at least a month. You won't regret it!

Not impressed. Did nothing. They'll spam you for a full month with irrelevant promotional emails but, can't seem to tell you when a shipment is coming. Wouldn't recommend this company or this product. Menerals seems to be more concerned with keeping you buying this stuff than with customer satisfaction. Thanks for your response about a tracking email sent when the order was labeled. Too bad it actually ship until the following Monday. A message sent BEFORE the shipment goes out alerting me to the fact that a shipment is coming and possibly providing an opportunity to cancel it before it goes out would have been greatly appreciated. What's the point in sending an email out after the fact with no opportunity to cancel the order? Telling me it's coming via Pony Express and will arrive basically "any day now" is pointless when I don't even want the product. What's the return policy? Non existent? Caveat emptor. Lesson learned.

I tried to cancel my subscription and they immediately charged me again. -_- This company sucks. Don't use them

EDIT: It seemed kinda suspicious that I sent the request to cancel from your site, and then within a few hours I'm getting charged and sent a second order.
Anyways, I woke up to having a refund in my account and am thinking my reaction was kinda harsh so I'm here to edit my review.

So as for the product itself, I didn't feel anything different in my first month. But we don't feel things when we take a multivitamin either, so I'm not really one to think I would.
As for customer service they are refunding the order and put the shipment on hold. So obviously they are prompt in response. So if anyone has an issue it seems they reply quickly.

I'm giving 3 stars for them pretty much calling me a liar here. I sent my request to cancel the subscription and it wasn't long after that i got notified they charged my card and was sending a second. So, idk if it's by chance that the order was going out within a few hours of when I requested the refund or they seen my request and charged me anyways. Most likely the first. But I'm paranoid about companies so I'll leave it at that.

Almost done with my first bottle. Can't say I've benefited yet. I'll try it out for 3 months, but if nothing by then, I'm discontinuing. I'm always skeptical about "miracle" products, especially when you can't post reviews on their website even though they post said reviews (always 5 stars of course). Don't get me started on their "founded by patriots" line. Not sure what they're trying to say. They seem to be targeting insecure men with their hyper macho lingo. Hopefully this company will prove to be one of the legitimate ones.

Edit: There must be a different website that has a comments and reviews section, because menerals.com does not have a section for reviews that you can post and read. Not on the main page or under the catalog. Just a screenshot on the main page.

I've changed a lot in 10 months. Lost 90lbs, changed my diet, hydration and health/body awareness. Mid October I got sucked into the relentless advertising from Menerals. WHICH HASN'T STOPPED BTW, almost took a star away for it. :) I was already feeling like a different person, but napped most days after a high protein lunch or ran and picked up some caffeine to wake me up especially if I didn't have a little caffeine in the morning.

It's been 3 months now and I haven't NEEDED caffeine for some time. I drink some coffee socially on the weekends or have an occasional iced coffee as a treat. I haven't felt like I needed a lil'snooze for quite some time now. When I get into bed, I usually fall asleep in a few minutes. I've started setting my alarm before I laydown or fall asleep before I had a chance too.

I can't tell if the mental focus and improved mental health is just from sleeping better or if its from the supplement itself.

Simply put, I feel more energetic, got some "Grrrr" back and sleep really well.

42yo M: I don't work out, but I am on my feet often and typically average 8-9k steps in the winter months and 11K + in the summer months.

The next time I see the 12 month deal, I will lock it down. I plan on continuing Menerals because I feel like the supplement is the real deal.

I’m leaving a five-star review before using the product, and I want to be transparent about why.

I spent a lot of time reading reviews for MENERALS, and what stood out immediately was the consistency. The few one-star reviews I saw were almost entirely about shipping delays, not product quality. In contrast, nearly every positive review went into real detail about the minerals themselves, how they feel, what to expect, and why people keep subscribing.

That mattered to me.

We live in a very Amazon-conditioned world where anything slower than two days feels like a failure. But delayed shipping doesn’t say anything about the integrity of a product, and it certainly doesn’t outweigh dozens of thoughtful, experience-based reviews that all point in the same direction.

Because of that, I felt confident enough to subscribe. The clarity, transparency, and consistency in the positive reviews pushed me over the edge, and I’m genuinely excited to try the product when it arrives. If a small wait is the tradeoff for quality, I’m okay with that.

Looking forward to updating once I’ve had time to use it, but credit where it’s due: the reputation around the product itself is what earned this purchase and this review.

Bullshit that you talk about replacing TRT. It’s a gross misrepresentation of what you do.

I started taking menerals 6 weeks ago and I feel and notice a positive increase in my energy and recovery from lifting. Also a notice in morning attentions.

I tried Menerals the other day, I thought it was a bit pricey at $75 for one bottle and I have tried other supplements with no great success, but after the 2nd day it started working it got rid of the Tiredness and gave me more energy,

Within few days menerals helped my mind. I’m more focused. I wake up not feeling exhausted.

I initially decided to try menerals because I started intermittent fasting and felt like I could use the minerals after fasting and working in a highly physical environment. I started noticing a difference by the end of the first week, by week two I was shocked at how I still had energy to go work out after multiple jobs on my schedule. I’m gonna keep taking it because I feel better now and hopefully the benefits keep coming.

Ordered the first time and was shipped to the wrong address not listed on my order through Amazon then I got a replacement order sent for their first mess up and I couldn't get that one because they where short $7.20 for postage even though it's "Free Premium Shipping" so if I want my order I need to pay for postage definitely not something you want as a subscription if it can't get to your house every month or any month.

Switched from generic over-the-counter supplements (only been like 5 days), already noticing general increased energy and heightened mood, as well as better sleep quality. I also like the overall message they send, encouraging personal growth (not just their product).

The bottle shipped a little slowly (about 7 days) but it’s whatever, shipping is shipping, there’s kinda no control over that once they send it out. Customer experience has been 5 stars; it’s a super streamlined experience, nothing crazy to sign up for a recurring purchase, and it’s easy to cancel if need be.

This stuff is wonderful. I notice significant improvements in my overall wellbeing now that I am about 30 days in. Second bottle on the way. I have noticed deeper sleep, consistent energy all throughout the day, and better gym performance. Feeling better at work, no more afternoon crash. My max squat went from 275 to 315 in 30 days.

About a week into the Menerals, I could tell that my energy levels and general daily good feelings were on a rise. I’ve completed a month now and it continues.. getting better sleep as well.
