Oh No & Peril! - 51 days to deliver!!! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY
I rarely leave feed back but this company needs to be highlighted...They failed to deliver for 51 days! Refused to issue a refund which they were legally obliged to do after 30 days of failing to deliver under the Consumer Rights Bill 2015. They showed an arrogant contempt for the law. Their disregard has really upset me. So I am going to expose their dealings.
I am filing complaints with Trading Standards in the UK and Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets.
PLEASE NOTE: They appear to be a 'drop ship' company and the pan is made in China. It's a good pan but look on the internet and you'll find it much cheaper - DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

Similar experience to others. The company is in China, despite no mention of that on the website. I have found a return service with FedEx... £30 later! Annoying. Hoping I will be refunded when the item arrives in China. Fingers crossed.

Awful quality
The package was very poor , in a box with just letters- “frying pan”when we opened pan it was wonky , the surface was not flat and not align the hob. When contacted customer service they said it is nothing wrong which is a scam as it clearly was faulty, when only one side touches the hob, heat does not cover all pan. To post back I had to pay my own money, so I decide to take some money off them as a compensation. However it is still not worth, frying pan always burns, wonky and a-poling quality. Do not waste your money and nerves on this cheap china wonky items.

DO NOT BUT, ITS A SCAM WEBSITE CHEAP CHINESE RUBBISH
Just spent £126 on a so called titanium pan. This is not what you get. Took ages to arrive and when it did I thought it looked flimsy and not like shown on their website. First time I used it on a low heat, it only cooked in one spot and stuck straight away. I believe this to be a scamming website and a cheap inferior product. I believe the good reviews are FAKE. DO NOT BUT THIS PRODUCT.
