The worst money transfer app ever,they keep frustrating their innocent clients for just no reason even after providing all the necessary needed documents. Why would i work hard for my money and still cry to send it where i need it,just because some online faceless folks choose to do what they like with it,they attract u with the first successful transfer with a competitive rate and the moment u lay ur trust in them,bam they start their hidden intent with ur collected money,Pls run very far away from these guys and NEVER start anything with them,cos by the time u start crying,u won’t say i didn’t warn u

I was sceptical after reading some reviews, but I took the risk to move ahead with my first transaction. It was seam seamless and very fast. While I called to follow up, the money had already been deposited into my Nigerian bank account. What a great service, I laughed at my curiosity at last. Thank you, Roze Remit. I will 100% recommend your service.

They have been good. They assisted me cancelled and refunded a transaction I wrongly made.

They seem to have lost a transfer of a significant amount of money after another four went through correctly. This happened almost 3 months ago.

After multiple emails and calls (they take hours to pick up), and me and the receiver wasting our time like idiots, now they claim at Roze Remit that the money was withhled by "a third party". They claim to have contacted this supposed "third party" and to be awaiting their response.

I'm gathering all info on all calls and emails, as I am seriously considering going to the police.

Unacceptable, maybe even fraudulent. Never use.

Les agents de Roze Remit travaillent bien et sont attentifs aux les clients. Cependant, il est difficile de résoudre des urgences par cette application. Car toutes les fois que j'effectue une transaction, il me faut attendre au moins une journée. Vraiment pour résoudre des urgences, c'est souvent agaçant....

Right! Initially I was skeptical, as silly as it sounds it was the company Logo. I read their reviews and deleted the application. A staff member, I believe Sadia (I hope that's right!) called me to welcome me & ask if I'm going ahead with my transfer. I stated, reviews a poor, I don't trust you! We had a chat, I gave Roze the benefit of the doubt. I remitted, & have since remitted another FOUR times. The staff are patient, helpful & always on hand, the service is great & the rates are even better.
I do feel that the negative reviews May be a bit unjust, if you're requested to submit further documents that's Government Procedures kicking in/Compliance, it safe guards everyone. Sadly the likes of you & me are now caught up in the negative people money laundering!
Give Roze a remit, judge for yourself.

Well the compliance, I submitted 3 months+ id pay/bank/statements.
Then Roze said, oh you earn this much, how can you send that much!!!!!!! I didn't just start the job, I've been doing it 12 years+, I own my home &&&& it's let!!!! Then they wanted, proof of assets, 6 months history of everything. I AM NOT A MONEY LAUNDERER!!!! I AM SUPPORTING FAMILY, AS PHOTO I SENT + WIFES FILIPINE AND UK PASSPORT.
THESE companies like ACE are good for a remittance a month.
The previous day I told them my case, send £1700 at a time, let the first one go through.
Kids Private school, TKD and swimming lessons, living costs, etc etc.
USE XE OR TORFX, PASS COMPLIANCE WITH THEM AS I DID AT TORFX and send what you want when you want for slightly less but no drama, the professionals.

J'ai eu une magnifique expérience! Au début j'étais hésitant, j'ai lu les avis, j'ai vu beaucoup d'avis mitigés mais il y avait quand même des bons avis, j'ai essayé et je suis agréablement surpris. Tout s'est bien passé les virements sont rapides. Le contrôle au départ était rapide et sans contrainte. Les taux sont hauts, il n'y a pas de frais d'envoi, pas de frais cachés, je suis vraiment ravi, je recommande à 100 %.

How calm and how they speak to me about my transaction was so cool

Their service has been amazing until today when I had a shock. My transaction was withheld for compliance check and it was awful. From morning till now as am typing taking more than 10hrs they haven’t solve it and none of them bothered to give me a feedback. It’s a shame they’re acting this way.

Quick and efficient, wareesha showed amazing customer service very professional and polite. I would definitely recommend this app.
