Not only is the product amazing! The customer service was beyond accommodating! They emailed me back within the hour with a real person! while other websites can take days. I ordered the shredmaster leopard pants and received so many compliments on the mountain when I went to snowboard in mammoth last weekend! Will be ordering for snowverb again!

Waardeloos retour beleid. Dochter heeft hier een grote bestelling geplaatst. Een aantal items mochten retour. Vanuit snowverb optie op een tegoedbon met lagere waarde dan de waarde van de retour-items of een cash back van -40%! We hebben er voor gekozen om terug te sturen. Helaas zit het magazijn in China. Dus na betaling van ca 50 euro verzendkosten, tot op heden niks gehoord (3 maanden geleden)

One thing to note: the items are shipped from China. I know some consumers are wary about buying products from China due to concerns about dupes or low quality. However, I’ve purchased 1 set and 2 pairs of baggy snowboard pants from them, and I’m obsessed! I received a ton of compliments on my leopard snowboard pants and they’re fun to ride in! They also have great customer service and are very easy to work with.

I bought two items, a hot pink jacket and black baggy snow pants. They arrived in a timely manner and I wear them to the mountain all the time, they’ve become my new favourite set. Super cute.

Very good and comfy material

1. I will say that its some nice things you will receive but the buying experience and the customer service is not top notch unfortunately.
You have to be sure you can fit it because it's not worth sending it back.

I placed the order on january 11. 2026 and i received the package on january 19. 2026. (But only because I had paid for express delivery)

2. I bought a ski jacket, a pair of ski pants and a pair of ski goggles from here. Firstly, it took a few days for my things to even be packed or sent. And on top of that there was a bit of a delivery time but that is something you can live with when you know it comes from far away. The things I received were also in fine condition. iHowever, it didn't fit me, so I wanted to return the items. Så I go to the website to return them but they don't know my order number, unfortunately. So I write an email to them and get a link I have to click on. This works. However, it costs me 300 DKK (48 USD) to return the things. I don't think that is fair or godt customer service.

Bad experience.....

Their pants I have are so comfortable and waterproof. On big powder days they kept me warm and dry and looking cute too 😏🩷 and plus they came so quickly

I ordered a pink coat with cheetah pants. I love the fit and allll of the pockets! I always get so many compliments every time I’m skiing. I have worn in below zero conditions and stayed nice and warm. Very satisfied with the quality and how fast my package was shipped. Will definitely continue purchasing here!

The clothes are good.
But if you want order a jacket, take smoler size. But I really like it

I got a pair of pants last season. At first I was worried they were too thin but it hasn’t been a problem. I have a streak of having someone saying “Those pants are 🔥” or asking where I got them from. I got a pull over jacket this season. Love snowverb products!

My daughter ordered the baggy snowboarding trousers. Seeing the payment in dollars, is the first sign of trouble. The delivery time is just not true (6-10 days) we are still waiting for anything to arrive after 16 days. Found out it has to come from China! Had to go and spend more money on another pair of trousers for the holiday, as no item was delivered. Avoid this company, very unprofessional. I wonder if we will even get any money back if nothing comes ($149).

Mein Paket hatte zuerst Probleme mit der Zustellung aber das Supportteam von Snowverb war sehr hilfreich und hat die Probleme in schnellster Zeit behoben. Ich würde wider von da bestellen.

Do not buy from this store. It is a scam. Products were the wrong size, broke after one use and when sought to return delayed returns, required photos and other pieces and eventually sent a shipping address in another country that was not the advertised country they claimed to be shipping from saying that tax and shipping costs were to be paid by the receiver. When all guidelines were followed and sent the money was never refunded.

Love my pants so much! They are super comfortable and came extremely fast!

Bought the pink jacket and was not expecting it to be this nice! Always get compliments and it’s just such a unique color! Great on warmth, and keeps me dry all day! Nothing more to ask for!

Ordered the leopard print baggy snow pants and am heavily impressed! The quality is great and it’s a perfect fit (Medium).
