The products turned up immediately and the download and install process just worked. After sales service was excellent.

Initial review 06/12/25 - Well impressed. I couldn't activate online or via phone, so I used the chat and they sorted it within a few mins. Actual legit copy of Office for a fraction of the cost.
Update 02/01/26. Unfortunately the same happened again upon purchasing another product. This time, no response to the chat after 1.5hrs and I am left unable to register or use the product. None of the suggested validation methods work - I expect that they never do and you have to try and contact them each time.
Extremely frustrating experience.

Downloaded Microsoft Office 2021 successfully, exactly as advertised, by carefully following Softmall's instructions. The activation process was a bit longwinded, but that is down to Microsoft.

Bought MS Office from these people, made a mistake and ordered the Windows vs Mac version. Emailed customer services - instant reply, sorted immediately, everything worked like clockwork after that. Highly recommended.

In the dubious market of on-line sales this is a truly great company to deal with. Having been scammed buying on line , I was extremely dubious about trusting any company selling on the software market. SoftMall restored my confidence (OK just a little bit), providing the goods with seconds of the order going through. I was truly impressed by their back-up service guiding me through the instillation process even when they had already provided me with all I needed in their original email. I was a klutz and I'm truly grateful.

After spending lots of time researching Softmall and thinking was I about to be scammed, I couldn't have been any more wrong. I purchased Office 24 pro edition. The whole process was seamless and very easy, the email with instructions and the download link was near instant in arriving to my inbox. The instructions were very easy to follow and within minutes I was up and running. Will definitely use again for any other software I need. Ps I am in no-way affiliated with Softmall, just an honest buyer of their product. 5 stars from me :-)

Great value for money, purchased 5 copies of MS Office 24, one of which was for Mac. All installed easily and worked fine. Did get a problem with one of them after about 3 months when it suddenly demanded activation again and rejected the original licence key. Contacted them via email, must admit did not have high expectations of a swift reply, but they responded within hours ith an apology and with a new key that worked fine. Very pleased overall, as it's often post sales support that can let you down and this certainly wasn't the case with this company.

Dealt with Paul who was so patient and helpful in getting me set up with Microsoft office even on an older machine he always on hand to help and the support was first class highly recommend

Downloaded and installed Office pro 24 for Mac. All up and running in about 20mns. Very impressed as tried a different company through Groupon who were absolutely useless as were Groupon when trying to get a refund.

Easy to buy and almost easy to install. I had an existing Microsoft Office from my work but they cancelled my licence without telling me! I bought Office Standard 2021 for macOS as I have Big Sur operating system.
I had some trouble as my computer said this is not from the App Store. So I had to find the download file and then ctlr + click on the file and Open. Confirm that you want to run it and it works!
I had to delete the existing newer version of Office 365 before my purchased version would work.
All the instructions are in the email you get work -apart from the ctrl+ click on the download pkg files.

My go to place for software. Good instructions and links.

Office for MAC download. Simple process. Clear instructions on how to download and use the registration key. Software now working all ok.
