First time ordering and would definitely recommend! First class service and the quality of the watch is amazing!

I can’t fault TTP. First order, placed with help via Tommy on WhatsApp at 3pm Tuesday, watch delivered by Royal Mail on Weds morning. Very fair price for a good quality piece, no marks or inconsistency on it. I’ll order again.

I know they are cheaper than the real genuine watches, but for what I paid , it’s shocking quality , can’t remove the links to shorten the bracelet and if you remove the wrap/film it comes in, you can’t send it back for a refund. I won’t be buying anymore or recommending to my friends

The staff were very helpful throughout the process. I ordered. Rolex Daytona yesterday and it has been delivered this morning as promised and the quality of the watch is brilliant. Will deffo use again

I've been asolutely blown away with the level of assistance you get from the customer service team.
They took me through all the available options and helped me to get the best possible version of what I wanted.
I got photo updates followed by continued tracking updates until it arrived.
I admit I struggled with excitement vs patience at times but it was truly worth the wait. It's an absolutely stunning watch.

I was a little sceptical at first having to send my money over, but I can honestly say this was the most seamless shopping experience ive ever had Tommy and his team offer a great experience shopping for a great product not once did I worry that my watch would not show up his support is top notch they get back to you extremely quickly and helped me with any questions I had
They say you pay for what you get but that’s not the case here I payed 130 pounds for a watch that feels like it’s worth 100x more I can’t recommend this service enough and encourage everyone that is on the edge about purchasing to take the plunge

Ordered a Rolex Datejust lookalike and Tommy’s were great on communication and delivery. Unfortunately on arrival there was a problem with the winder for altering the hands. Contacted Tommy’s and they said send it back. So I did. That was at my expense which some people moan about but it was just £5 so I’m not going to quibble if I get it resolved. I’d also taken all the wrapping and stickers off which Tommys paperwork says invalidated any returns. Tommy’s didn’t argue. A replacement was ordered immediately they received my faulty watch.
Today its replacement arrived. Fully working and I’m very pleased.
Tommy’s Customer Service is great. My experience with them is equal to luxury watch brands and I’ve owned Rolex, Omega and zenith. With Customer Service if there’s a problem you want, ideally, immediate help. Tommy’s gave me that. Thanks Tommy’s, I will recommend you.

I was a bit unsure at first but the watch come fast. I've just found out while adjusting the time and date the crown is faulty. I've spoken to someone on WhatsApp and they wanted me to send item back for them to have a look. Which ok is fine ive asked for a prepaid envelope as i dont think i should have to pay for return for a faulty item. ive had no answer. I've asked for an exchange ive had no answer very disappointing. I've even taken video of fault at tommys request still not answer. Very poor customer service.

Top service, I purchased the watch at 8 am on Monday morning and I received delivery of it on Tuesday at 11 am. The watch is a fantastic time piece and I’m about to order my second watch.

Dubious at first, but took the plunge. From sale to receipt was 3 days. Outstanding personal service. Bought a superclone, all as it should be. Will be using these guys again in the future.

The watch, a AAA Yachtmaster, arrived and although the dial writing and logo was hard to see, I considered for the price I payed for it this was just about acceptable. However, the deployment clasp wouldn't open without a lot of force from a screwdriver, so I complained just about that, asking for Tommy's Timepieces to do something to remedy the clasp fault and they ignored my emails or at least, didn't respond to them. It cost me £25 to get a similar rose god clasp, although it wasn't logo branded like the original one was. Not happy, so selling the watch on.

As with any “online shop” there is always a fear of saying goodbye to your money, well you don’t have to worry here. Excellent customer service with updates on WhatsApp and Email, watch arrived in 3 days an is of a great quality. I can highly recommend using Tommys Watches.

Just received my Super Clone Submariner, absolutely delighted with the quality and finish. So much better than expected, would definitely recommend. Customer service from start to finish has been first class.

Just got an AP Royal Oak, a lovely piece, great communication again, will be using TTP’s again soon. I can once again thoroughly recommend this company, I have now dealt with them 4/5 occasions and on every occasion the service and communication has been great.
